Я вообще никогда нигде не пишу отзывы, но здесь уж решила оставить) Не очень спа, больше сюда не пойдем и никому не рекомендую! Отвратительный администратор, все недовольство - от нашего раннего прихода (хотя по телефону нас прекрасно записали) до неработающего замка на шкафчике (не наша вина вообще даже) было написано на ее лице и выражено в ее действиях, захотелось просто развернуться и уйти после ее такой «встречи гостей». Но мы уже переоделись, решили остаться.. Нет горячей воды в душе снаружи и в принципе теплого/горячего бассейна, это минус. В хаммаме и второй паровой сауне очень воняет, прям отвратительно воняет пар или что то, там нет никакого доп запаха трав или чего то еще, сидеть было просто нереально в такой вони! В итоге парились только в двух саунах. Удовольствия в таком спа мы вообще не получили, побыли час и ушли, больше не вернемся)

Dieses mal hatten wir Pech mit dem Zimmer. Zwei Tage lang funktionierte die Klima Anlage nicht. Wurde mässig etwas unternommen. Bis wir dann das Zimmer wechseln durften. Auch das Frühstücks Buffet immer das gleiche essen seid Jahren schon.

Отвратительный отель, расположение не удобное , до моря и до Сириуса идти далеко и не удобно . Спа только для взрослых , детей не пускают , соответственно можно представить уровень чистоты в спа . Бассейн холодный . Стены и столы , двери в номерах пробиты - как будто по ним били молотком . Ямы в столе и дверях размером бильярдный шар. Запах старины и плесени . Деньги при отмене не возвращаются

Я крайне ВОЗМУЩЕНА!!! Что за персонал в детской комнате!!! Что они себе позволяют! Оставила ребенка , заплатила денег, в итоге… мало того что мой сын был весь зареванный , дак женщина взрослая !!! Которая присматривала за детьми передразнивала моего сына !!! Это нормально? Кто допустил вообще ее к детям ????

Жаль, что нет оценки ниже! Я бы рекомендовала руководству просто уволить всех администраторов! 2 часа прождали в спа, когда хоть кто-то про нас вспомнит… в итоге - не вспомнили и мы просто ушли! Даже не извинились! Спасибо Вам за шикарное 8 марта! Ноги больше тут не будет!!!

Жили в районе сириус, решили сходить в баню после катания на горных лыжах, бани Байкал были заняты, нам рекомендовали La Terassa как второй из двух лучших банных комплексов района Сириус. Итак, 3500₽ за 3,5 часа пользования общественным банным комплексом при одноименном отеле, расположенном рядом с олимпийским парком. Есть парковка. За эти деньги также сделают массаж 30 минут или 10 парение в бане. Либо 3000₽ за 2 часа пользования банями. Из бань есть русская, финская, хаммам, арома, инфракрасная (сидишь в ней как в телефонной будке, оч.маленькая), шоколадно-медовая (на деле это просто помывочная, шоколад/мёд/соль надо покупать дополнительно). Также есть плотно стоящие столики, деревянные жесткие лежаки (жестче не встречали), вода из-под крана, снег, 2 ведра типа ливень, джакузи, купель, на улице бассейн с холодной водой (на сайте написано, что вода тёплая- это не так). Сеновал, соляная комната за доплату, также есть масса спа-уходов. Общее впечатление- в переносном смысле «Краснодарский колхоз»: не стильно, не красиво, не уютно, тесно, в пятницу вечером много людей. Вроде как наполнение комплекса говорит о том, что старались сделать полноценный спа, но по факту результат не понравился. Единственное что понравилось - массаж, отличные мастера. Если вы хотите посетить спа нормального современного уровня- точно не сюда. 3500₽- это просто космическая цена для места такого класса.

Отель отличный. Прекрасный персонал, хорошие номера. При заселении дали возможность выбрать из двух номеров! По своему уникальное месторасположение на стрелке🙌🏾 Вернусь снова ! В отеле очень уютное кафе с замечательной кухней и прекрасным обслуживанием! Огромное спасибо поварам и отдельная благодарность официантке - Галине и Борису! Всем угодили, вниманием никого не обделили, весь вечер на позитиве. Видно, что профессионалы - обожают свою работу!
