It is a perfect place to stay. One of the best ski hotel that I ever been. Very clean, chic, classy, romantic, comfortable. Location is good because of it is just next to cable car. Very helpful and kind staff, so impressive. Spa facility is amazing and free to use indoor pool, sauna etc. Highly recommended.

После 7 отелей Красной Поляны наконец нашли свой! Кажется, здесь собрали всё лучшее: классический дизайн с чувством меры, матрас, в котором тонешь как в облаке, и команду, Ресепшн, что помнит твоё имя. А какой тут ВИД WOW... Теперь только к вам!

Но есть один большой жирный минус о котором информации не было. Предоставлен был номер на первом этаже. В номере отсутствует окно, только дверь которая выходит на общую терассу. Т е. если постоянно держать открытую дверь в которую может зайти любой человек с площади, бездомные животные, змеи и др. Попросила поменять номер на 2-й этаж получила отказ. Хотя номер на сайте оплатила заблаговременно в размере 100%. Мечта дышать горным воздухом к сожалению в этом отеле неисполнима. Кроме того дверь на общую терассу закрывается не надёжно, открыть с улицы очень легко. Во второй раз точно не выберу отель "Корпоративный центр Сбербанк". Совет - при бронировании отеля обязательно уточняйте информацию о номере. Номера на первом этаже брать не рекомендую.

Чувствуешь себя жданым гостем при подъезде к отелю, встречают очень гостеприимно, быстрое заселение, отличный сервис, номер нам очень понравился, мега мягкие ,удобные подушки , номер большой все имеется, завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные, готовят так же на заказ свежевыжатые соки , шампанское, чаи, множество блюд, посещение СПА зоны rixos входит в стоимость проживания, обязательно вернемся еще и на более долгое время🥰 Единственое контингент гостей не для меня, очень серьезны, не улыбчивы, все в своих заботах и делах, много негативной энергии чувствуется, все взрослые , молодых моего возраста не наблюдала, поэтому если вам как и мне до 30, рекомендую брать завтрак в номер 😁

Отель неплохой маленький уютный Номера просторные оснащены сенсорными кнопками управления Все необходимое есть в номерах Не хватает мусорного ведра в ванной Завтраки неплохие Большой плюс что есть проход в спа отеля Риксос входящий в стоимость номера Если конечно сравнивать то Риксос всё же лучше Здесь сервис чуть хуже Не понравился мужчина на рецепции…всем видом отталкивающий Со взглядом типа «кто я кто ты» Считаю что такой человек вообще в зоне рецепции не должен стоять Хотелось сразу развернуться и уехать

Чисто, спокойно, приятный персонал. Жили на 1-м и третьем этажах, на 3-м вид поприятнее) Зал хороший, аренда лыж и хранение хорошо организованы. Завтрак великолепный, голодными не останетесь. К сожалению бассейн в риксос, противно грязно, но это вопрос не к Сбербанку, а скорее к риксосу)

Если ходить в спорт зал и брать индивидуальные тренировки, то вечером вы их не получите, тренер один, а индивидуальных тренировок может быть несколько в этот момент. Тренер один и всем должного внимания уделить не может. Также много старого оборудования . Можно сделать на определенное время тренировки или добавить тренеров
