前台辦理入住高效又熱情，還主動推薦了本地特色美食和遊玩路線。房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠；衞浴乾濕分離，熱水充足，洗漱用品品質在線。設施維護得很好，插座充足且穩固，Wi-Fi信號全程流暢，衣架、礦泉水等基礎用品補給及時。性價比超高，無論商務出行還是旅遊都很合適，已經列入回購清單！

酒店位置離火車站很近，特別方便，服務也很到位。衹有一點不太理解，因鐵路方面原因被動退票衹能提前一天離店。但酒店不給退費，為了不誤行程衹能客人自行承擔損失。在火車上和我們一樣情況的客人酒店就把剩餘一天的酒店費用退了。同樣的城市為什麼差別這樣大呢？真讓人無語，幸好就一天的費用，但也大大影響了我們的心情。美的阿爾山讓我驚歎，但最後這一下使我們的旅遊體驗大打折扣，以後不會再來了。

1 房間在4樓，竟然沒有電梯，大包小包自己往上拎，太不方便了。
2 房間裏竟然沒有礦泉水提供，問前台説都沒有 少自來水喝，自來水有股明顯的消毒水的味。
3 房間小，確實小
4 衞生間超級小，根本沒有洗澡的地方，洗手枱竟然是塑料的，有大片黃漬。
5 攜程上定的價格竟然比前台的掛牌價還要高😂😂😂😂
總之不推薦，後面需要住阿爾山市裡的試試其他酒店吧，坑我替你們踩了。
