I have stayed here in Aershan for two consecutive years. It is as good as ever. Hygiene must be guaranteed. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is very good. The lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. She also upgraded my room. I am very satisfied and will recommend it to my friends.

設施：老舊差，床頭開關漏電，沒空調，沒暖氣，衹有一個老式鬧鐘大小的小太陽和電熱毯。而且電熱毯高温開了一宿，一點熱度都沒有，被窩裡衹有我躺的地方是温的，其餘地方全是冰的。
給安排的房間在一樓，進去如同進入冰窖，摸哪哪冰手。實在受不了想找前台再要個小太陽，壓根不給，態度非常強硬，一屋就一個，多了沒有。
廁所的地漏連個蓋都沒有，小件的東西可千萬別掉地上。
早餐以為能吃口熱乎的，結果全是涼的，6點開餐，6點40我過去就已經是冷菜冷飯了。
原本定的兩天，就沖這些再也不住了，出來玩又不是受罪來了，如家做成這樣真對不起890多一晚的價錢

太垃圾了，枕套發毛，屋裡有蟲子，最沒想到屋裡倆門，特別沒有安全感，一宿沒睡好，被特別潮，沒有地暖，也沒有空調，就一個特別小的暖風機。衹能説600多太不值了，千萬都別來。

家庭房房間比較大，三張床，床比較舒適，周邊環境很好，尤其是晚上夜景很漂亮，唯一不足之處是洗澡房下水道下水不利，容易積水

太差了，衞生間反味沒法呆，也不止這個價格，太匆忙選的，大家沒必要阿爾山一堆酒店先看房間在交錢。我這交了錢沒辦法了早餐啥都沒有就是雞蛋饅頭，趕緊避坑。

設施老舊，服務態度差，浴巾都黑了，漱口杯都是紙質的，早點太差了，總之對不起這個價錢，對不起阿爾山這座美麗的小城，去阿爾山的朋友不建議不要住這個酒店。

酒店地理位置優越，停車很方便！但是沒有暖氣空調，晚上實在是太冷了！早飯我們大概7點半到的，也基本都已經涼了！

房間挺大的，但是沒有暖氣，衹有一個小的熱風扇，有電熱毯，客服免費送我們早餐了！但是晚上洗澡洗到一半突然停電了，還好熱水沒有變冷！阿爾山市不大，住宿要求也不能太高了！
