老闆年初重新裝修了，整體感覺簡潔大氣，房間乾淨整潔，舒適，衞浴基本都換新了，好用便利，老闆熱情，服務周到，還給介紹周邊的旅遊景點和當地的生活小常識，還讓品嚐她親手做的飯菜，很美味，待了幾天有種家的感覺，周邊環境處於市中心，植被花草茂盛，景色非常美，還會再來的🤝🌹

房間設施齊全，服務很好， 房間打掃的也很乾凈。辦理入住的時候已經很遲了，老闆娘接待及時，也很熱情，入住體驗感很好，阿爾山冰雪節不虛此行

衞生間地面有問題，洗澡水堆積在衞生間門口，需要自己掃水，衞生間設計 不合理，衞生📄放置位置，衹要洗澡，會被弄濕，樓梯太滑，應該鋪防滑墊，床太硬，不舒服

住的下沉式標間，衞生間無排風，濕乎乎的。房間有點潮，正趕上下雨，估計和天氣有關，有電褥子睡覺保暖沒有問題，隔音效果不好，隔壁説話能聽見

老闆待客不夠真誠，我們訂的房間老闆勸我們換房，最後就是讓我們加錢，我們以為房間沒有了，實際上空着大半，生意不好是有原因的。

去之前做了做攻略，阿爾山很小，就一條街，所以果斷避開街上的賓館（一來覺得舊，二來覺得吵），阿爾山被一條河分成河東河西，這家賓館在河西，是一個別墅區很清靜，環境好，而且房間很乾凈很新，旁邊就是森林，走路到街上也就幾分鐘，老闆特別熱情幫推薦了合適的吃飯地方和遊玩路線和景點，還給省了錢，不錯不錯，下次再去還選這裏

不知道是不是到達時間稍晚，給了兩間半地下的房間。房間比較大但是比較潮濕，總體衞生還是很乾凈。
