Ja, die Bewerter vor mir haben recht, sehr schöne Lage... und das war es auch schon. Wir haben es nicht nur einmal probiert hier zur Mittagszeit zu essen. Entweder war das Personal völlig überfordert, weil neben den spontanen Gästen auch Feiern stattfanden - oder wir waren 2 Minuten nach Küchenschluss um 14 Uhr da. Und da gibt es dann auch nichts mehr. Nur den Hinweis: Informieren sie sich doch im Internet über unsere Küchenzeiten und andere machen noch eher Küchenschluss...mehr muss man nicht wissen, um den Aufstieg zur Waldquelle gar nicht erst in Angriff zu nehmen. Das ist nur was für Leute, die gern vorbestellen und grundsätzlich zwischen 12 - und sagen wir mal 13.30 Uhr - ihr Essen einnehmen.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Birkenhöhe verbracht. Alles Tipptopp..sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Familie Garvens führt dieses Hotel mit Herzblut. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Die mit dem Geilen Bulli
