Wonderful service and quality of location. We decided last minute to stop and stay here and it was a great experience. The restaurant had a live Turkish band, we stayed all night until the band stopped playing. At first the waiter told us the whole restaurant was reserved with guests outside the hotel so I went to the reception and asked if as a guest of the hotel we somehow have the ability to get a table, the receptionist made it happen asap. Great hotel, clean and friendly.

Central location in the middle of the city. Good room with all facilities. Free valet parking offered. Good breakfast buffet with wide selection. Staff kind and helpful. Ok gym available. Ok price. Enjoyed our stay here and have would come back anytime

Tatilimiz iki gündü, ilk gün haşlanma derecesinde ( ) sıcak olan kadınlar havuzunun teknik arıza sebebiyle gün boyu yapılamaması sonucu havuzlar arasında ısı değişmişmi diye bakmakla geçti. Ara tatil olduğu için kaydırak var diye tercih ettiğimiz otelin oğlumuz hiç bir kaydırağından bir kez bile kayamamıştır. Büyük kaydırağın olduğu yerdeki su buz gibiydi.Herkes şikayet ediyordu. Bizimlede spa bölümünde Hüma hanım ilgilenip arızanın diğer gün çözüleceğini ve günü kurtarmak adına aile havuzunu kullanabileceğimizi söyledi. Ama ordada çocuğumuz hiç bir şey yapamadı. Sistem oturmamış. Açık havuz sonrası oturup çay içebileceğiniz snack bölümü buz gibi havuzda ısınıp snack bölümünde donuyorsunuz.rezervasyonumu acentadan yaptırmadığıma çok pişman oldum zira günümüzün boşa gittiğini arızanın bizim sorunumuz olmadığını söyleyip paramızı vermelerini ve kalmak istemediğimizi söyledik tabiki müşteri memnuniyet odaklı olmadıkları için reddettiler yarın arıza giderilecek dendi. Diğer günde havuzlar buz gibiydi herkes belirttiği halde ısınmadı. Uğraşmamak adına sesimi çıkarmadım zaten sonuç alamıyorsunuz. Yerdeki ıslaklık nedeniyle bir kadın düşüp kolunu incitti alçıya aldılar kadın daha bu otelde başıma ne gelebilir diye ağlıyordu . Resepsiyon hoşgeldin dahi demiyor. Güleryüzlü değiller. Acentedan alsaydım paramla rezil olmazdım.şu an müşteriyi akşam içki servisi ile Diğer otellerde olmayan bir sistem ile çekiyorsunuz ama insanlar termal şifa için geliyor.2. Family trip with two 1- and 6-year-olds Even in midwinter, the indoor hot water pool temperature was 27 degrees (slide pool), 32 degrees, and jacuzzi, so I had fun playing in the water. The temperature was not very cold for a 1-year-old baby, and the outdoor pool was a little too much for a baby, but the water was enough for children to play even in winter. I chose a half board, but if you are not Turkish for afternoon tea, breakfast and dinner, there is not much to eat. However, it is located right in the outlet mall, so if you walk right out, there are restaurants, so I don't think you will add meals next time you stay. The kids club is very big and clean because it is not carpet. It is good for young children to play. There are playgrounds everywhere, so children can play well. The bathtub in the bathroom is a bit narrow. Overall satisfied and good for traveling in winter.

We arrived as the school holiday was ending hence almost 400 people left a day after our arrival. Dinner after arrival was very good with massive amount of choice and good quality. We were impressed. All that positive view demolished starring from next morning. RESTAURANT: Breakfast choice was reduced but that want the problem. Looking at the cheese plates their colour was off. Cucumbers and tomatoes also had the same issue. When I asked the staff they said they prepared the plates previous night. It looked they were left without cover and possibly outside of the fridge. I have asked them to remove the plates as health and safety risk which they didn’t. You could see staff and managers talking in groups and staring at me which was very unprofessional. There were a lot of staff but not enough attention to customers. Empties were piling on tables but staff was only collecting them if they are called. Manager in charge of the dinner was just walking around and instructing staff to use less tissues etc. He wasn’t welcoming or talking to the customers. Only customer he chose to speak and pay special attention was a lady on a holiday with her elderly mum. This was very strange to observe. ROOM CLEANING: If we talk about the room cleaning there was not sufficient of it. Cleaning lady was getting into the room holding one cloth and was out in less than 5 mins. No hoovering, no cleaning of toilets, not wiping bathroom floors. The drains in the bathroom were smelling disgusting. We had to ask her to put bleach in the drains to get rid of the smell which took 2 days for her to do. You could see whatever you dropped on the floor staying there all during our stay. THERMAL POOLS: temperature and cleanliness of the pools were not great. I have been to other thermal hotels where the water temperature was adequate for expectations. But in this one hot pool was not hit enough to get the goodness we were after. There were 2 cool pools suppose to be at 28C which the staff admitted they were not. Staff told us they have told the management but nothing was being done. They advised us that we should talk to the management. Which we did but nothing has changed. My overall impression is that the management is not professional and not thinking about customer satisfaction. Although the hotel is currently very new looking as it is refurbished, I would think it will be smelly and old very soon with the cleaning regime in place. I would not choose to go there again as there are better hotels in the vicinity which I have been before where it was much better service for the same price
