Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect room… couldn’t fault it!
Only problem I had was after coming back from the beach and going to shower, the water went cold. I had my brother check reception to let them know multiple times throughout an hour but nobody was there. I was left in a cold shower soaking wet with shampoo still in my hair for an hour waiting for some help. Rang the stayhere call line multiple times and no outcome. I had to finish having a cold shower. I was very angry at the time.
We also had a guy knock on our door asking for 600dirhams in ‘city tax’.
Trip.com were very helpful in this matter and refunded me the £49.

the price is much too high for the service and equipment offered. Hot water was not working all the time. The bathtub had no plug. In the kitchen not a single cup. NOT EVEN ONE! Laundry rack was broken and not usable. Balcony door AND terrace door did not close at all. We had to ask for extra towels many times. Received only one. Overall clean - but if you request such high prices (highest in town) ... you have to offer premium service. And this was not premium at all.

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and very comfortable with the Best sea view . the restaurants ,shops ...drink stores at 2 min walking from the building It couldn't have been better. Thanks for everything We come back next year

We arrived as a family early to check in time, the weather was very cold & slightly rain. The family, especially my 7 years old daughter were very disappointed because we travelled from Qatar to enjoy the Sunny hot weather & the beaches. Mr. Ayoub was very understanding when we told him that & told us it was OK to cancel the reservation without any financial loss. The place is very unique & beautiful, unfortunately, the weather did not help.

I booked 5 days ago via the Agoda app, wow, great special offer at over 99% off. I said to myself wow, I immediately book a luxury 2-bedroom apartment, total for 18 nights $73.56 Canadian plus $112 to pay on site for accommodation tax. I take my credit card, I pay and I get confirmation from Agoda that the rental is paid and it is indeed reserved. I find the price really crazy, so I write via application, it's 5 days old, accommodation never answers me, I search on the internet for the official site, I write to them, to make sure that the price is the right price and that there is no error, and I am told, that there was a synchronization problem, the price is wrong and that they cannot accommodate me and honor the reservation, they are doing a YCS promotion on agoda, to be referenced first on the site to have views and then they do not honor their commitment, real thieves!!! to run away!!!
