I used to travel Ginger Agartala from long period of time. I just lije Their hospitality, energy, passion, dedication to guest a complete package. Specially the front office team is doing Their best, and the maintenance team also very like how they’re are managing this old property. You will not get to know that this is 17 years old property I just got surprised after knowing this. Last but not least food is super delicious. Thanks to Rakhal for the management. A very good luck to entire Ginger family

My previous experience at Ginger Agartala was disappointing, but this time things were a bit better. The room was clean and overall stay was fine. However, the service still needs work. I asked for a hair dryer, and it took them more than an hour to provide it. The staff said the one they had was not working properly and needed to be checked. Also, when I asked for room slippers, I was told they are chargeable — which is surprising, as most hotels provide basic items like this complimentary. While the stay was smoother than before, I feel the hotel needs to work on promptness and guest comfort to match expectations.
