Just God awful. While I could write this in French, I'm going to do it in English because they don't appreciate efforts to speak a foreign language despite the fact they are in the tourism business. First, the room is just strange. It clearly hasn't been updated since the 70s. I really don't care about this aesthetically but the bed covers haven't been changed since either and they were threadbare and dubious at best. I found a hair in my bedsheets as well. Second, RUDE staff. As soon as you check in, you get a frigid welcome, with the immediate question of, "would you like our (overpriced, bad) breakfast? No hello, just can I make some more money off you because this ripoff rate I'm charging you already for the room isn't enough. But it's summer in Cap d'Agde and they know they can get away with it. Wifi: unlike any other common-sense one star hotel, hotel Azur does not have a card in the room with any hotel info including the wifi password. So I was FORCED to call downstairs to obtain it. Clearly, Madame is annoyed. Despite my best efforts in French to understand her, I didn't get it the first time and had to call back. She made SURE that she wasn't going to pick up the phone again. I called at least three more times and she made SURE to ignore me and never picked up. Ignoring me now? So sorry I am trying my best to communicate with you in your language. You would think you might be a bit more patient with me as you're in the tourism/hospitality industry, but no. So then I'm forced to go downstairs to get the password in person when it would take you no time and cost to just leave a card in the room with this information like any other hotel. There's no refrigerator. Air conditioning worked, and has been mentioned, there is no elevator. Toilet paper is BEHIND and above the toilet so you have to be a contortionist to wipe. Who thought of this?? Barely enough soap provided. Pool is small. Parking worked out. Very poor value for the price.

Accueil chaleureux avec patrons accueillants et disponibles. La chambre est très correcte avec un lit king size.le buffet du petit déjeuner est fourni et délicieux. Il peut se prendre sur la terrasse près de la piscine.Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel.

Hôtel très bien situé au Cap et qui a l'avantage d'être ouvert hors saison malgré le peu de fréquentation. Accueil professionnel, chambre simple mais confortable, petit déjeuner buffet très correct ainsi que le prix. Une seule critique : prévoir le chauffage dans la salle de bain c'est plus agréable quand il fait frais.

Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Wir haben für die Durchreise eine Übernachtung gebucht. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Nähe vom Strand und dem Hafen. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten raus, es schien relativ neu renoviert worden zu sein. Es war ausreichend groß und schön ausgestattet und das Bad modern. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten ein Twinzimmer, in dem beide Betten nebeneinander standen und somit war das Bett riesig. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Das Fenster ließ sich mittels Kassettenrollo komplett verdunkeln. Wir haben nach einigen Nächten in verschiedenen Hotels endlich mal wieder ruhig und richtig gut geschlafen. Letztendlich blieben wir drei Nächte anstatt nur eine. Frühstück hatten wir auch gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es gab ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Auswahl war sehr gut; es gab Brötchen, Croissants, Schokobrötchen, Toast, Broiche, Müsli, Aufschnitt und Käse, süße Aufstriche, Joghurt, frisches Obst, diverse Sorten Tee, einen Saftautomat mit Apfelsaft und Multivitaminsaft, einen Kaffeeautomaten mit leckerem Kaffee, etc. Die Highlights waren ein Roller Grill Eierkocher und eine Zunatur Orangensaftmaschine, für die gekühlte Apfelsinen vorgehalten wurden. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. In unseren Augen hat dieses Hotel noch Potenzial nach oben. Die Teppichböden in den Fluren könnten gereinigt oder erneuert werden (was vielleicht im Zuge der Renovierung bereits geplant ist) und etwas mehr Sauberkeit (Fenster und Böden) würde viel ausmachen. Unsere Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, dadurch lief das Wasser aus der nicht richtig abgedichteten Dusche ins Bad. Dies wurde aber bereits in einer anderen Rezensionen auch schon erwähnt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter!

Réservation pour une nuit. Parking de l’hôtel sous vidéo. Chambre correcte. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Très bon accueil, en particulier je pense du boss, présent le matin ! L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout: port, plage, parc d’attraction… Nous n’avons pas goûté à la piscine mais celle ci était très propre !

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel avec grand plaisir car nous y avons été très bien accueillis, de jour comme de nuit. Notre chambre était confortable, d'une propreté impeccable et parfaitement insonorisée.. Le ménage était fait et le linge de toilette changé tous les jours, ce qui devient rare actuellement. L'endroit est très bien situé , au cœur de la ville et à proximité de la plage de Richelieu. et des commerces. Plein de bonnes raisons donc pour y revenir!
