Siagas Beach Hotel

My son and I recently visited the hotel and I dare say it was one of the experiences of my life that I will never forget. First let me say that we were greeted by a bored receptionist who, after informing us that the phones are broken and that she is drowning in work (the whole time we were at the reception, the phone only rang twice and one phone was meant for someone else), transferred us to handed us a wristband with the hotel's brand and informed us that with this we would enjoy all the hotel's services and furthermore only with this would we be allowed to enter and exit the common areas and rooms and that only with this would proper tracking be carried out . Trace to what? In a possible case of covid? We never found out, thankfully. Even though I don't like to carry these kind of wristbands, I accepted it because the little one was also happy to use the special benefits and I didn't want to deprive him of it. We arrived at the room thirsty, as it was from the quite hot summer days and since it was late (around 11pm) we opened the fridge to find something to quench our thirst. The fridge is empty! Not even a bottle of water. We went down to the empty bar and after waiting patiently - in vain - for someone to come and serve us, we headed to the fridge to get ourselves a water, with the intention of asking them to charge it to the room. After all, the child was quite thirsty and the nearest stand, as far as we had been informed, was a 40-minute walk away. Suddenly, before we could get the water, a gentleman appeared in front of us and in a very condescending and suspicious manner informed us that no sales are made at such a time and asked us how it came to us and we thought it was self-service. With a lot and after we explained our situation, he agreed to sell us a water and a soft drink, making us feel like thieves. The little one got quite upset and asked me later: "Mommy why is the world unfair?" The next day, I woke up first to use the bathroom, and from the next room that communicated through a skylight, I could hear the voices of a couple in their special moments... I stayed longer than necessary in the bathroom, making sure they finished their act, before I went out. I didn't want my child to be in such a difficult position. Later, excited, he asked me to visit the pool and finally use the hotel facilities. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to bring my own beach towel and thought it wise to get one from the reception, as is done in all hotels with swimming pools. The receptionist, with a completely dispassionate look, informed me that this provision does not exist and because I did not want to upset the child, we went to the pool with only his. Катастрофа! Я выбрала этот отель из приложения Opodo. Они дали фальшивый адрес там на карте и указали как их адрес - центр их околотка. Я поменяла отель из Лутраки на Это вот! Причем название Лутраки-Агиои!, точно такое же, но это совсем другое место и другое море без транспортного сообщения, без родоновых источников и без питьевой минеральной воды для лечения! Нет ни автобусов, ни велосипедов, ничего! Таксист из лутраки еле нашел этот Отель. По приезду первым делом с меня содрали еще 24€ за расходы на климат, хотя у меня стояло в приложении что все налоги проплачены, при этом хамка на регистрации не дала мне квитанцию! В отеле до этого, с меня ничего не брали! Там в округе просто ничего нет- пустыня и частные дома! До магазина переться 30 минут через вот это все! Можно конечно выйти на парк, но сначала нужно до него дойти по жаре! Завтрак отвратителен- из фруктов были какие-то кислые абрикосы и все! Приходилось покупать там ужин- салат цезарь стоит 12€! Мой совет- прежде чем выбрать гостиницу хорошо смотрите сами!!!ее расположение на карте, потому что они обманывают с адресом на карте!
