Excellent base, in a superb setting, to explore the island. Public transport, taxis, car rental at the door of the hotel.
Staff particularly attentive to the well-being of each person, able to switch from English to German and French to facilitate exchanges... Efficient housekeeping, generous buffet for all tastes, beach and swimming pool also well equipped to vary the pleasures. A stay to recommend!

The hotel is very suitable for a holiday. It has a beautiful environment, a swimming pool and a beautiful beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive to Knossos Palace and Museum. The staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is very rich. The dinner is a buffet, which is also very good. The next day There will be music and dance performances with Cretan characteristics. This hotel was a total bargain. The price was incredible. The room was spacious and very clean. The property was well maintained, and there were plenty of activities to do. The beach was very pretty, unfortunately, the wind was too strong and it was dangerous for us to go in the water. The area appeared safe and was walkable with plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes. The restaurant breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for every taste. We would love to come back and visit Crete again.

I liked the location I liked the location , but the all inclusive need improvement .All the drinks from dispenser ,and on the list been 65 drinks and just 19 for all inclusive{free}.For our free water 0.5 l we walked to reception every day to get it. Imagine all the resort guests with all inclusive package walking to reception for 1 bottle of water. Local traditional food Gyros served in the resort for extra charged. The meals served in the buffe restaurant was good plenty of choice. The entertainment for children and adult very poor. We loved the zorba dancers, and the helpful staff , from cleaning and restaurant.

We had a 3 night stay , first part of our Greek island hopping adventure. The hotel made a fuss as it was our 30th wedding anniversary (bottle of wine and fruit and towel art in room on arrival) very nice touch. We had a standard room in a block in the well tended gardens, had everything you needed, fridge and tea coffee making facilities, safe was extra. WiFi was excellent. We were bed and breakfast (8-10am) well attentive staff, nice buffet selection. The hotel is right on amdouna beach free sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice clean pool area with bar. Lovely roof terrace bar looking over the beach with wonderful friendly staff, we really enjoyed their company (Pella) was wonderful. Would like to say thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. Outside hotel a VERY BUSY road with shops and bar and a few very good tavernas. Bus into to Heraklion.

I spent a week there, from the restaurant to the beach, everything was marvelous ! Excellent food, especially in the gastronomic restaurant (which is very good value for money) People are nice and everything is clean, 100% will come back !!
