Elounda Bay Palace, a Member of the Leading Hotels of the World

Beach is small but very good , nice soft sand , protected from wind , transparent water. Buffet. One for breakfast and dinner looks like cantina with too many package tourists not a pleasant spending time there And that’s a real pity that the hotel doesn’t have only breakfast. Rooms with a mountain view are not having view at all only to the plants in front of hotels , all mountains are closed by the bushes , if you book this category of rooms ask for the highest floor

Attended a retreat weekend with Compatible Connextions and what a stunning hotel. The settings were beautiful, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the palace suite - just wow. The views were gorgeous, the space outside and inside exquisite. Definitely 5 star service all round. No hesitation in returning again

As soon as we arrived on the compatible Connextions retreat we were greeted by the manager, all staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was not ready for us to check into as we arrived at7am, so we were offered a temporary room where we could leave our luggage and shower before having breakfast. There was a large selection of choices and it was well presented and tasteful. We were then escorted to our suite by stuff members who insisted on carrying all of our luggage. The suite we occupied had a swimming pool both of which was clean, this had everything you would expect for a 5star hotel. The views all around the complex were breathtaking, The sunrise was picturesque along with the soothing Soundbath. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The spa facilities are 10/10 also with various options of treatments. I would recommend the clay/ mud package. Overall I had an amazing experience, one I’ll never forget!! Thanks to compatible connections and Elounda bay palace This hotel is highly recommended for a relaxing vacation with friends, families or even a solo trip.

I attened a retreat with compatible connexions. From start to finish our stay was excellent, the greeting when we arrived at 7am The staff, friendly and helpful, the rooms, bungalows, suites , the fitness suite, the beautiful views,the beach, the swimming pools including the swim up pools. Everything was clean and spotless, a very good variety in the restaurant too with lots to choose ftom. Although we were on a retreat the other guests got involved and participated singing and dancing with us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, the property and views are STUNNING. Had I known it would be this beautiful and enjoyable, I would have booked a longer stay. The staff generously upgraded our room. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was also stunning. I most enjoyed swimming in the sea. I agree that this property is not quite a 5-star establishment. I'd say it’s a 4 star with some 5 star qualities. Some parts of our room were not in great shape (vanity chair cushion was not attached to its base, handwriting from previous guest on bedside brochure, bath tub plug not working, low water pressure in shower, the rubber door seal to the shower was loose, etc). The price of wine is incredibly high (for context, we live in the San Francisco Bay Area, near Napa Valley, a high cost of living region where everything is expensive.) At this resort, we paid 66 euros for a bottle of rose that would have cost us 17+ USD at Whole Foods. (I had to rewrite this part of my review because I just found the exact same rose wine at the Heraklion airport for 16,70 euros. At the resort, it was 4 times that price.) While the dinners were satisfying, the quality and presentation didn't match the high cost. We felt our first meal was overpriced at 100 euros per person for a buffet-style meal. All staff were all positive, helpful, and kind. Personally, I would return to this resort; however, next time, I'd have most of my meals off campus and buy our wine at a local store to reduce the gap between quality and cost.

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The staff was incrediblywelcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and the view was breath. The Food was tasty, there was a large selection and there was something for everyone. We are satisfied and will be happy to come back in the future.
