Absolutely loved San Stefanos West and the Thomas Bay Hotel. Descriptions are accurate. This is a 3* hotel… think simple & slightly dated with some updating needed BUT This is a family run hotel and you can tell, the atmosphere is very friendly, they care and everyone is genuine. The staff are brilliant. Rooms, public areas and pool are scrupulously clean. The village is just that… a lovely Greek village - don’t expect a tourist centre BUT it is not far to Sidari if that’s what you want, there’s a taxi a couple of doors away where you can also book trips. The beach is a stones throw away, is beautiful & clean with a few bars. Entertainment is provided every night, again don’t expect a Vegas show, we had quizzes, bingo and a couple of singers. Simple but the atmosphere was so good that everyone joins in & has fun. For 7 days I relaxed & had such fun, something I haven’t done for quite a while. Thank you Thomas Bay, I’m sure I’ll be back x

First time to San Stefanos and I will 100% be returning. We loved it. A party of three friends , we shared a triple room. It was on the ground floor so great balcony to people watch from. The only downside to the location of the room was the noise from the bar, but we were aware this would be the case so came prepared with earplugs. Completely clean, rooms are 'old fashioned' but functional and comfy beds. The atmosphere in the Thomas Bay makes the place. Maybe we were lucky with the clientele but everyone was so lovely and friendly. The staff were really approachable and chatty too. Breakfast was fab and the yoghurt was 'chef's kiss'. So close to all the tavernas and restaurants and a stones throw from the stunning beach. I want to recommend this to everyone but at the same time I want to keep it a secret!

Booked as a last minute break with Jet 2. We got a private transfer to hotel thru mycorfu transfer €65. Got to hotel in an hour in luxury car with cold water handed out. Arrived at hotel and wow, what a gorgeous hotel. All staff made you feel welcome and nothing was a chore, they wanted to help you. €10 per day for air con which was brilliant. Rooms were just right. Tons of storage, bedside tables and THE best hairdryer I have ever had in a hotel. We were in room 233 which to us was perfect. Cocktail happy hour 6-8pm every day cocktails €6.50. We tried to work our way through the cocktail list. Breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, toast, roll, croissants, yoghurt with honey and fruit salad although you can upgrade to full English for €5 or omelette which was same price. Omelette are huge! Nice coffee. We had breakfast then sat outside next to pool with one. Plenty sunloungers. Huge pool. Once you lie by the pool it's pure bliss, quiet. We shared lunch by the pool. Club sandwiches are the best. You are on a main street with restaurants and bars we ate at 2 stars, Condor, Zorbas, and Bruskos. Gorgeous cocktail bar at end of road called Silver Star. We booked a trip with San Stefanos Travel (5 min walk away) to Kassiopi. We got picked up outside Barras Hotel at 6pm and dropped off for few hours to enjoy a walk, meal out next to the sea and a wander round shops. This cost €18 each and was well worth it. Beware coach driver picks you up at 9.45 and you are warned not to be late or you get left. This was our first trip to San Stefanos and we are booking for our main summer break next year. Highly recommend this hotel. I would say if you are young and looking for party resort, this is not for you. I cannot wait for 2026!

Lovely hotel and staff. The hotel is situated in a nice village and near the sandy beach. There are a few good restaurants, bakery and 2/3 small supermarkets. The locals are very friendly as the Greeks are. Bed & Breakfast is continental but you can pay extra for a full English. I thought the continental was adequate for us. Would recommend for a quiet restful holiday

Just returned from the Thomas Bay hotel in Agios Stefanos.I cannot praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel could not have been better.Lots of great restaurants within minutes.Zorbas opposite for a Greek experience and Yiannis for great food at reasonable prices.

First of all the hotel is clean and the staff work hard , however the rooms are dated and the bathroom cubicles are small. The breakfast is basic with not much variety and is also served to you so not your usual buffet style. The pool area is large and reasonably maintained however some of the lounges and parasols needed changing and the grass could do with a trim, there's entertainment every night which is fine but not so great if you want to get to sleep before 1 in the morning so if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing hotel then maybe this is not the hotel for you

Having a great time again at Thomas bay. We leave in a few days of a 12 night trip Staff are great, hotel is very clean. The pool area is large and no need to rush for a sunbeds Breakfast is nice with several options and you can upgrade to full English for 5 euros Lunch menu is very good. Large mythos 4 euros Air con 10 euros a day but well worth it. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose.

Ignore the negative reviews - this hotel is well worth the money. Rooms yes they are a little dated and the drains were a bit smelly sometimes but you are in a hot country and this can’t be helped. Plenty of storage (with hangers) and air conditioning if you want it. Food at breakfast was not a cast choice but sufficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area lovely - we are not sunbed hoggers but did not have to fight for one - there are plenty. Evening entertainment was ok - tribute acts were good, bingo and karaoke not so. This hotel is in the middle of the resort so is close to several bars and restaurants. Would definitely return.

It is definitely not a nice hotel, very dated and nothing to do around there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You also have to pay €10 per day for air-conditioning, you have to get transport to any location you wish to visit. If you have children definitely do not visit and also quite expensive
