I stayed about 2 weeks in this location. When you arrive it seems like you are opening a door and seeing something surprisingly pleasant, starting from the swimming pool that overlooks an immense valley where the colors of the landscape change continuously based on the time of day. Everything is finished and cared for in the smallest details, starting from the outside up to the inside of the rooms where I found everything I needed such as a beautiful view, fridge, large Smart TV, comfortable bed, and a beautiful spacious bathroom, to spend a comfortable stay. You will also find a top-level spa. As for the staff I can only say thank you to everyone, starting with Mario, an excellent host who satisfies everyone, it seemed like I had known him forever as well as Pietro, Davide, Sarà and the legendary Mrs. Angela who I personally drove a little crazy with the various culinary requests that she was able to satisfy to the maximum. Magical and enchanting place. An ancient village, among the most beautiful in Italy! Excellent food, room with a wonderful view, helpful, kind and welcoming staff. There is also a wonderful pool with a view and the SPA is truly exceptional and one of a kind, with a spectacular salt cave! An experience not to be missed in the heart of Sicily. Actira in my heart! We came across this Albergo Diffuso by chance and fell in love with it. It was a pleasure to find hospitality, friendliness, availability and impeccable professionalism. Mario is certainly the jewel in the crown of all this. If you want to find peace and an excellent hideaway from the frenetic pace of everyday life, "case al borgo" is for you. Rooms obtained from old homes become very characteristic suites with careful order and cleanliness. The fascination of nature is guaranteed. We will return next year

I had booked 3 days for my family and friends who were coming from out of town. As soon as we arrived, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding that the pool water was dirty! My friends also complained about it and I felt responsible since I organized it. I spoke to the manager who told me he would take care of it. But the situation, instead of improving, got worse during the day!... one night some drunk tourists jumped into the pool with their clothes and shoes on. No one from the facility said anything or kept an eye on them. The water was dirty also because of this behavior. Drunk people in the pool at night, without any control, can do anything: vomit, urinate... and more. In theory the pool closed at 6:00 pm but no one enforced the rules. Not to mention the lack of shade and few loungers in the pool, which were monopolized by the same night drunks, all day. I discreetly reported the problem to the managers, but they didn't manage the pool and everyone did what they wanted. My wife never went in the water and we also got sunburned from too much sun. We couldn't wait to leave. I won't go back.
