From start to finish we had the loveliest holiday, the rooms, pools, food, facilities were all unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience, we stayed in a room with a private pool and could not recommend more! Thank you for making our experience one to remember, we will definitely be back!

It’s difficult to know where to start with this review but it all started with a warm welcome from George, the night porter, who greeted us on arrival. Our luggage was set aside whilst we were presented with cold towels & lemonade and the receptionist checked us in. It was almost midnight and check in was quick and efficient as we were tired from our travels. Our room was a corner swim up junior suite, with one set of doors to the pool and the other to the garden with the beach just beyond. The room was well appointed and there was food waiting for us along with the stocked minibar of water, soft drinks; and a bottle of wine. Next morning we went for breakfast and another warm welcome was given by all the lovely restaurant staff (all the Katerinas, Nectarina; and Barbara - all assets to the hotel with their sunny dispositions). You can tell the team are happy at work and that they have worked together for a long time - there’s a buzz about the place as they clearly know how to speak to people yet get the job done. The food itself was faultless- so fresh with lots of choice and the orange juice just out of this world! We are Scottish and can’t access Mediterranean fruits that fresh so really savoured the freshness of the salads and fruits. I don’t understand the review which said you have to wait 20 minutes for coffee. That was certainly not our experience on any occasion. Lunch service again a choice of beautiful salads, desserts and cooked to order Greek Grill or Mediterranean style main courses. Dinner from one of the 5 a la carte restaurants also cooked to order. The Chicken Parmesan from Levante dinner menu is the best I’ve ever had and the mini steak sliders and Mille-feuille dessert from the Floga steak restaurant amazing; but in all honesty every dish from every restaurant was fantastic. We were all inclusive and there was no shirking with the drinks package. The bar team and waiting staff were all really pleasant and wanted to please with any requests. You could order specific wines at an additional cost if you wanted a bottle at the restaurant with food, juice, beer (draft or corona) but we found the 3 types each of white, 3 rose and 3 red were more than an adequate range to suit most palates. Cocktails and other spirits were all top brands and the frozen cocktails lush! We found all staff members throughout to be friendly and couldn’t really do enough for you. We generally find that if you speak to people kindly, they tend to return the favour and every morning a big wave and hello from our cleaner. The hotel is spotless across all areas. Plenty of towels and you just help yourself to exchanging pool towels at the spa if need be. The hotel had a family run feel about it, which of course it is, facilitated by a well oiled management team at the helm who we felt knew who their guests are and what they need (even before they do!). Definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed at and we have travelled a lot! Arrived for our 9 night stay at this beautiful hotel, welcomed with a warm reception. Rooms are immaculate, modern, extremely comfy large beds and fantastic bathroom facilities. We had a garden view which was perfect to sit outside each early evening. Maid service is fantastic and our room looked like we had just arrived again each day. The entire hotel is spotless with beautiful pathways throughout. The heavenly pools, gorgeous beach and luxurious sun beds are fabulous with a fantastic service by the waiting staff for drinks of snacks throughout the day no matter where you are sat. The food….. absolutely exquisite! Breakfast is amazing with a small buffet section but menus for freshly made items to pick and choose from and everything was so fresh! Lunch was also superb with a choice of green or Mediterranean options, all served to your table by sone amazing waiting staff. The 5 restaurants are set up along one long location which is a great concept in our opinion - each restaurant has different table chairs and decor but the best thing is the fabulous menus of each- it felt like fine dining each evening - the usual large buffet may be other people’s preference but we have to say the concept of these restaurants made it feel more than 5 star. From fillet mignon steak cooked to your perfection, to delish fresh fish and amazing starters and desserts, it was heaven on a plate. All local ingredients and cuisine made this experience even more special. Huge compliments to the chefs, the maitre de and all the waiting staff. The drinks around the hotel are amazing, freshly made cocktails, amazing variety and choice of wines, gins, beers, cocktails etc. The service is the best we have ever experienced. A huge thank you to Katerina who is head of customer service. She made our stay even more with what I can only describe as 10 star hospitality. From little touches like fresh fruit platters delivered to our room, and checking in with guests throughout the day, she truly is at the top of the game in the hospitality sector and a huge credit to the hotel! Warm, friendly and does over and above for any guests staying at the hotel. Evenings are very chilled out at the hotel, but lovely live music in the bar or a performance at the theatro bar was fabulous. The hotel is only 10 minutes in a cab away from livelier hersonossis if you fancy the odd trip out, which we did a couple of nights, but preferred to have a walk along the beachfront, then chill in the hotel bar with some of the best sunsets we have had the delight of seeing. If you want an all inclusive hotel that has big buffets and loud live shows, then this May not be for you. However, if you want a 5 star experience with amazing food, drinks, service and amenities then I really would recommend everyone to try this hotel. This is a real luxury hotel with an emphasis on food and drink. Starting with the location, it is only 20 minutes from the airport (free transfers can be arranged when booked directly with the hotel), it is directly on a nice private beach, it has beachfront restaurants/shops nearby and it is only a 10 minute taxi to the old town. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony and it was very modern with plenty of room. Mini bar was well stocked and the cleaning was faultless. There were plenty of sun-beds at 9am which was a nice surprise. Who wants to get out of bed at 5am to fight for a sun-bed on holiday?! Food at the hotel was incredible. I personally love not having a buffet and we tried every restaurant at least once, going back to the Greek and Mediterranean multiple times. Drinks were very good. Included with the all inclusive were espresso martinis, sparkling wine, aperol spritz etc. Maybe my only complaint was that service can be a little slow when using the buttons around the beds but I am sure they do their best and you can still get up and go to the bar. My wife used the Spa and said Maria who gave her massage was very good along with the Spa itself being very peaceful. It was our honeymoon and the staff provided wine, flowers and petals on arrival which was a nice touch too. I would highly recommend and would certainly return.

Stayed for a week all inclusive in September, weather was beautiful as were the hotel and the staff. Stayed in a garden room with jacuzzi, lovely outside furniture and room very comfortable. Staff were all excellent, trying their hardest to be friendly and helpful. Eletheria and Katerina always went above and beyond in the restaurant and it was a pleasure to see them each day. Food all very tasty with a great choice and drinks also very good. The all inclusive was probably one of the best we’ve had especially in Greece, really excellent quality with no exclusions on the food. Had a fabulous time, the only downside for us was the entrance into the sea, it was so very rocky and really hard to get past, missed my morning swims but it was just too hard for an oldie like me to climb over.
