First of all. I had booked for 2 nights and 3 days at this resort. Unfortunately one of the family members who was going to travel with me met with an accident some days before our stay (fractured her collar bone and was advised rest and no travel for a minimum a month. I issued the medical certificate to the resort and asked for a cancellation. However, the manager mentioned that they have a no cancellation policy and we can modify the dates to any month even for 2025. But, the condition was to decide the dates in 2-3 days. I called the property after 3 days and the manager was not available to attend the call and i was told i will get a call back in sometime. I waited for the callback, but i didn't get a call back. I again called up the next day at which the manager started almost shouting on the call saying i didn't call in 2-3 days and now nothing can happen. I requested that this is diwali time and you will get bookings for your resort. But got a very rude and arrogant reply from the manager who was just not ready to adjust. Very inhospitable treatment received from the resort.
