The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes drive from the highway, and 20 minutes drive from Malibu Beach. However, the hotel's hygiene is not good. I found that the bed sheets and pillowcases were not replaced before going to bed on the day of check-in. The sheets were wrinkled and there were hair on them. The customer service sent new sheets and pillowcases, and I changed them myself. The room is close to the highway and very noisy. The water temperature in the shower room is difficult to adjust, and the water output of the shower head is very small. The overall experience is not good.

The lobby environment is good, the room is clean and sanitary, and the stove and tableware are easy to use compared with similar hotels. The room area is small compared to the housing price. The breakfast is monotonous, and the lobby does not provide free self-service coffee and hot drinks.
