Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebengasse und ist daher sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Fotos. Jedes Zimmer hat unterschiedliche alte Klimaanlagen welche dementsprechend schlecht funktionieren. Der Duschkopf im Bad war verkalkt und schimmelig das kaum Wasser kam.
Der Hausbesitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war Sauber und Ansprechend. Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu regulieren und für mich unbrauchbar. Der Duschkopf war mit grünen Ablagerungen verziert.. naja.. Der Chef war sehr freundlich und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.👍

Had a Wonderful experience at the little orchid home stay. The rooms are very modern and well provided for although a little bit of maintenance like the de-calcification of the shower head would have improved it further. Service was top notch and Vikrant is really helpful in providing us with recommendations on how to plan our itinerary and suggestions on how to not fall for some of the common “scams” in Agra. Really appreciated the complimentary bottled water and newspapers provided daily. The best thing which made me gave it 5 stars is the food! If you stay here please don’t look anywhere else to try some really good home cooked Indian food. Expect for two occasions we always ate at the home stay. The food is delicious, hygienic and not expensive at all. We got the room with the “garden” view which had a view to the park near by and was very quiet. You could hear the birds sing in the morning. Overall totally recommend this lovely home stay!!

Nice room and clean bathroom in a quiet area. Very useful tips from the owner which helped to make our Agra stay very pleasant. The B&B was located just of the main road leading to the Taj Mahal East Gate which a only a 20 minute walk (early morning to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise).

Excellent Hospitality and welcome done by Mr.Vikrant and the Family. Superb and Clean Rooms with wifi Very Yummy and mouth watering food served by the family Very close to the Taj Mahal. I highly recommend to stay at the Orchid Retreat and enjoy the experience.

It was a spectacular stay! The owner was so attentive, helpful and a real breath of fresh air (actually caring for foreigners and their experience with ethical considerations and heartfelt advice). The room was super cozy and we absolutely loved home cooked delicious meals that you can order just outside your room in a beautiful dining area. We couldn't recommend it enough! And of course how amazing is to be able to WALK straight to Taj Mahal in only 15min♡
