location is not good food is ok they don't provide what they show on menu they forcefully tried to make us buy two combos of their menu hotel room is not upto the standards and hot water is available only for few hours in morning they have window AC which is very poor in cooling service is very slow and we have to wait for towels room phone is not available we have to use our personal phone to get to the reception desk

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable with staff very polite and extended best hospitality. Restaurant food and morning breakfast was delicious. Need to submit exact size of room selected. Else enjoyed the stay with courteous staff.

On that price hotel facilities are too good & meals also and hotel staffs are very good & polite.

The hotel staff is very good. It was a very good experience. We will continue to stay in this hotel in future too, especially the manager rajendra ji whose behaviour is very good. His nature is very good, the food is very good, the cleanliness is very good. The staff is cooperative, they have to take care of everyone.

Room was spacious. But the fittings in the bathroom were not functional, intercom was not working, requested repeatedly but no help was offered. I had to go to the reception for ordering water, food / tea. Service was ok, not that prompt

This hotel exceeded our expectations! it’s in a great location, very near to popular sights and the rooms were large and clean. It has lovely shaded, leafy areas to relax in and great food. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly return again if i’m in the area again.

It was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Location is good. Food specially the breakfast ( included in the tariff) was nice. Hotel amenities was excellent. Specially, the behavior of staffs was very polite and decent. The view of Tajmahal from the rooftop was unforgettable.
