location is not good food is ok they don't provide what they show on menu they forcefully tried to make us buy two combos of their menu hotel room is not upto the standards and hot water is available only for few hours in morning they have window AC which is very poor in cooling service is very slow and we have to wait for towels room phone is not available we have to use our personal phone to get to the reception desk

Transportation location: The hotel is only 5km away from Agra Airport and 1km away from Agra Railway Station. There was a welcome gift as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Our family of three each gave a bunch of wreaths on our necks, and we also put a red dot on the eyebrows, which is said to be a sign of luck. Guest room impression: The rooms are very local in style. From the bed to the dressing table, all the furniture is very old and old. The room is equipped with a TV and the bathroom is also very large. In addition, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening, each room is also equipped With the oil heater, it is very warm. Public facilities: The hotel has an English garden with swings and lounge chairs in the garden. There is also a swimming pool in the backyard. The environment is good. You can see monkeys in the hotel. Catering services: The hotel restaurant is located on the first floor and provides all-weather catering services. Breakfast is fine. After lunch at the hotel, the price is more expensive, the serving speed is slow, and the taste is average, so it is not recommended. The hotel as a whole is very local. The staff is attentive and courteous. When we left, we also gave each of us a beautifully packaged candy. It is worth staying in Agra.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! it’s in a great location, very near to popular sights and the rooms were large and clean. It has lovely shaded, leafy areas to relax in and great food. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly return again if i’m in the area again.

It was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Location is good. Food specially the breakfast ( included in the tariff) was nice. Hotel amenities was excellent. Specially, the behavior of staffs was very polite and decent. The view of Tajmahal from the rooftop was unforgettable.

Very very average hotel. Rooms with no amenities. You have to ask for it all ghee the time for towl saop water etc. Located in baluganj very very average

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable with staff very polite and extended best hospitality. Restaurant food and morning breakfast was delicious. Need to submit exact size of room selected. Else enjoyed the stay with courteous staff.

Hotel staff behaviour was very polite and the way they treat was a different experience and I would say overall experience was very good. .

Room was spacious. But the fittings in the bathroom were not functional, intercom was not working, requested repeatedly but no help was offered. I had to go to the reception for ordering water, food / tea. Service was ok, not that prompt

A good hotel to stay with family and friends, at a very reliable cost. Very good behaviour of the staff members of the hotel. Overall good experience.
