Stayed here for our trip to Macchu Picchu and decided to stay an extra night. Receptionist gave out to us for not being checked out upon arrival back from Macchu Picchu. Had to remind him we said we wanted to stay an extra night. Asked for clean towels and sheets and when we came back a couple of hours later this wasn't done had to ask again. When it was done the duvet cover which had a spec of blood stain when we arrived hadn't been replaced as this stain was still there. Light switch in bathroom was dodgy and soap dispenser wouldn't work. Showers were cold and the the bed and pillows were smelly. Overall an unclean and unfriendly place

Good location. Decent room. Breakfast sign says starts at 4:30a. Receptionist says 5:00a. Arrived 5:30a no food out, no coffee, no lights. Called and woke up a man who prepared a minimalist breakfast. Both the day I arrived and the day I left (1 day stay stay) there was no hot water until I called, asked, and waited. Not ready for prime time.

This place is not in great condition. The rooms are poor. No elevator. No A/C. The free breakfast was not much of a breakfast at all. Yes, the prices are low, but if you can afford to pay a bit morre, try another place. If we knew what the experience was going to be like, we never would have booked here.

We went to the hotel just to sleep since the next day we got up early to go up to Machu Pichu. The horrible experience, dirty bad smells, the wiffi did not work, in short, an absolute disaster. We had breakfast included which was in line with the rest there were no napkins and they gave us a roll of toilet paper.
