Some rooms don't have hot water, so be sure to check with the front desk to see if it is available.
The train is nearby so it can be noisy, but I was able to live comfortably.

I read in reviews that the shower was hot, but only cold water came out. Also, in the photos it looked like there was soap, but there was no soap at all.
The train tracks are nearby, so trains roar past even in the middle of the night. There is no air conditioning or heating, so it's a bit cold at night.
I'm grateful that they gave us a breakfast box when we went to Machu Picchu, but I will never stay here again.
