They have a pretty garden to chill. It’s a little bit uphill but it’s pretty close to the center. The room is clean and the bathroom is also pretty big. Overall it was a good experience. They have hot water and wifi. We can also use the kitchen. Which kinda save some money if you want a private room and is picky with food

Nos incluyeron el hostal en un tour completo a Machu Picchu, por lo que no lo elegimos. En primer lugar el wifi NUNCA funcionó. No salía agua caliente en la ducha, decían que se demoraba en calentar, pero esperé varios minutos y nunca se calentó. Las piezas aislan poquísimo el ruido. De hecho durante la mañana el personal del hostal se gritaba muy fuerte interrumpiendo el descanso descaradamente. La ducha no tenía cortina y ni siquiera nos dejaron jabón. Solo toallas para la ducha, no había toalla de manos. En resumen el lugar dejaba bastante que desear, el persona lento y poco atento. Si pueden ir a otro lugar por favor háganlo.

Las habitaciones bien, la atención del personal bien. El señor dueño del hotel supongo, es una persona muy detestable, ya que en una ocasión escuché gritar e insultar a su personal con groserías, etc.(Escuche todo, fue muy injusto) Lo cual, pienso que siempre es lo mismo con todos sus trabajadores. Está persona no merece que reserven.

El personal no tiene buen trato, no había agua en la habitación, las toallas estaban machadas con sangre y rotas, las sábanas también estaban rotas t con sangre pareciera que no hubieran limpiado la habitación antes de entregarla. En otras palabras no recomiendo y tiene un mal servicio.

Nous y avons séjourner une nuit. Nous sommes très déçus de l Hôtel qui est sale, Le petit déjeuner est au rabais. Les tables n étaient pas propres . Concernant la chambre, le lavabo de la salle de bain qui fuyait. Il y avait une Forte odeur d humidité On déconseille fortement L'hôtel profite vraiment du flux touristique.
