Hotel location is excellent, very close to the train station. The front desk service was very good and it was very polite to help us store our luggage. The room was clean and the bathroom was fine, and the others were ideal.

Manuel is a super friendly host! We had such lovely days at Machu Picchu, we stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is ok, but the most important thing is that they will help you all the way your tour to the Machu Picchu. El hostel está en una zona muy cómoda, cerca de la estación de tren y bus. El área de recepción, podría mejorar. La habitacion,muy cómoda y limpia Tuvieron un inconveniente con el agua caliente ,pero se solucionó finalmente. No brindan con la tarifa, toallas, cosa que deberían aclarar en la reserva. Pero si las alquilan. El personal,súper amables, trataron de solucionar todos los inconvenientes. Algo a destacar, nos permitieron guardar el equipaje después del check out, mientras subíamos a Machupicchu y nos prepararon para llevar el desayuno. También, por la tarde, mientras esperábamos el tren se regreso, pudimos cargar los celulares .
