I checked into hotel at 11:00 PM, but my stay has been extremely uncomfortable due to frequent power tripping in the room. This issue has caused excessive sweating, making it difficult to sleep.
Despite repeatedly informing your team, the only resolution provided was to remove the cover and instruct me to rectify the issue myself if it happens again. This approach is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a guest, it is Hotel responsibility to ensure a comfortable stay, and such an issue should have been resolved by your maintenance team.
Since the problem persists and I have been unable to rest properly, I request a full refund of my booking amount. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a formal response from your end.
