Hotel was ok, not great, abit dirty, but the receptionist/manager was completely arrogant and unprofessional with unpleasant attitude we stayed for two nights, one night at reasonable price and he raised the price for second night, I would not recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed for two nights at Hotel Shrimad Residency and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was well-maintained, and the amenities were satisfactory. I especially want to thank Rashmi for her exceptional service; she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Her attention to detail made a significant difference. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Hotel is very dirty, towel and room is very dirty, i was booked room 270 sq-ft, they given me 80 sqfeet, no complimentary water, ac was not running

This is company booked stay. In web portal they are stating that it's 3-star hotel, but it looks like 2-star hotel. Even, the food is not that good. Service is also average they don't know english as well. My rating will be just 3!

The ac's are not working, the room up keep is very poor. In fact if your auditors are passing these types of hotels then there is something wrong with your evaluation. The cost is very high for the standard of the roo.

Hotel was good, room was decent but the service was not up to the mark. Ordered food which was not tasty and it took so long just to bring a butter milk and at the night after so many calls and reminder they brought water bottle to the room. They should not be so rigid and if customer wants to order food from outside they should allow it or if not they they should improve the quality of their food and service.

No reply on complaint, waiting for all the time after call, they are not giving service to booking customers as per my view two time happened
