I don’t know what check in process they follow but never had I the experience in India of taking a photo of me in order to register me. I found it very strange and questioned it very much. But they insist on it.
The service was not impolite or rude but also not friendly at the checkin counter.
The room is ok.
There was music all day and night in the hallway which was audible all night. Quite annoying.

The hotel is accessible and the staff is friendly. The reception Piya assist me with my check in and she did a great job. In the restaurant Lolita is super friendly assisting my needs during my breakfast. I definitely come back again. Room are clean and staff is polite and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.

Average hotel, a bit shabby but OK. Roof top bar was difficult to get service and their other facilities were being renovated and were closed. Their communication skills are terrible - I am now trying to email the hotel about some missing items but their published email addresses are being rejected and no one replies.

I and my fellow spiritual pilgrims were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the accommodations and the service, including at the restaurant - Jennifer and Sonali were very attentive, kind, professional, and helpful. Thank you!

Good Hotel to stay.. Best part the restaurant , the service is super... Spacially Ms Jennifer from West Bengal is the best. Food quality is good but there is some room to improvement regarding menu. They should change the items for MAP plans. Also in such hotel should have the swimming pool, need to add some more instrument in Gym.
