These apartments are a 20 minute walk into the old town along the canal so nice and flat.very quiet and clean . Perfect location .free parking and a nice pool area. Getting into the carpark the first time is a little tricky because you need a code otherwise everything was fantastic

The Résidence has nice apartments. On the first floor you have a kitchen a toilette and a nice terrasse and air condition. On the second floor you have a bathroom and bed room and no air condition only a ventilator which was not nice. They have a nice closed parking. What I did not like was that you are only able to get in the Résidence at 17h00 the day of your arrival which I think is quite late!

We stayed in a 1 bed with sofa bed in the kitchen for 3 nights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bathroom and shower facilities were excellent with good pressure in the showers. There was a lovely decked terraced area with table, chairs and umbrella. There is no oven just a hob in the kitchen and it was very hot when we were there and there is no air con in the bedroom upstairs, only a fan which wasn't great for sleeping at night. The pool area is lovely with lots of sun loungers and a small kids pool. Parking is available onsite and the location is very convenient to the town, 10 mion stroll. There is a lovely bakery across the road for all your baguette and sweets treats. Overall this is an excellent accommodation provider in a wonderful location which I would highly recommend.

Très mal insonorisé, si votre appartement est en rez-de-chaussé vous entendrez les voisins du dessus. Le chauffe eau/chaudière est situé dans la chambre principale ce qui est à prendre en compte pour le bruit. Forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Les lits n'étaient pas fait à l'arrivée, les sols n'étaient pas parfaits et la cafetière à filtre n'y était pas. Pour un 4 étoiles, je pense qu'ils peuvent mieux faire. Après les appartements et la résidence sont neufs, l'emplacement est idéal et l'accueil est sympathique.
