Food is more than yucky ,disgusting and the worst food ever ,staff is the slowest persons u can ever met ,and not professional at all ,worst experience ever,the clean service is terrible,the dj at the mid night in front of the rooms,the towels smell is owful.

Pictures are not as it looks the hotel was closed for some time so everything is rusty and old. Curtains and beds chassis r torn and have dirty spots Bathrooms r the same I think they started the business to keep the money flow during renovation but it should jot be that way or at least renovate some rooms start the business and keep renovation which should make more sense The beach is sandy beach and it was great for relaxation The staff is friendly but they cannot do anything with old and rusty equipment There is a live singer and mini disco at night which is good The food is moderate for a budget hotel but still lack of some equipments like toaster and it is very limited The hotel seems still lack of man power Pools are not clean enough In summary, if u can tolerate the above and enjoy the beach then u can give it a shoot but try to lower ur expectation to a minimum level to enjoy ur stay. If u r neat and family focus on details then seek another place .

Every thing was very good but they play very very loud music we requested them to turn it down they did but after 10 min same loud it felt like the speakers wer busted also in dinner time the sheff was not giving enough chicken

The hotel have best stuff good food and best animation team hotel facility are good and aqua park stable for kids and hotel near to Cairo and all facilities was good we start our trip for 4 nights and it was amazing for my family with two kids and they was happy

It is a nice hotel, room service was very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the food menu is limited somehow but it tastes good, the thing that I really concerned that there is no beautiful landscape to walk through, the beach was sandy and awesome but there is no bathroom on the beach, I evaluate it as average where it offers a reasonable service versus its price

The worst experience I've ever had. The rooms were not clean at all, to the point that if clothes fell on the floor, they would become filled with dust. I received the room and entered the toilet. I found human bathroom waste on the base, meaning that the room had not been cleaned at all. I called house keeping more than once, and after an hour someone came to me and walked away and didn't do anything. I called him again to clean again. And the same money in every need, the housekeeping was not helpful at all. The sofa in the room had a black upholstery and was stained due to lack of cleanliness. I asked that they change the shawl because it looked disgusting. It was being washed and there was no alternative until I left, even though I was warned more than once. Even the TV remote did not have stones. When I asked for stones, they discovered that the remote was broken. They changed it and there was no replacement until I walked away. This changed the foundation of the room, which was very dirty, even the closets, to the point that I was unable to take my clothes out of the bag. A very bad stay and I would not recommend it to anyone because the place is literally unhygienic.
