Hotel Rupertihof

More show than substance, that is the motto here. We also took advantage of a bargain offer through Travelcircus. Unfortunately, the entire stay was plagued with problems from start to finish: - On arrival, the bed cover was dirty with nail polish stains, a large urine stain and large tears in the cover. We informed the owner, Hansi Berger, but he only sent his staff to clean it up. No apology! - Then blood stains on the floor + a large stain on the wall, and thick dust under the bed. We informed Hansi Berger again: "Someone will take care of it straight away." - No apology! - Breakfast + dinner were OK, but here too, the dishes were often dirty (despite the supposedly new kitchen). Breakfast buffet without any labels. Staff were very nice, but often overwhelmed. - Then the real highlight: I had a burn in the Finnish sauna! The infusion agent provided had too high a proportion of the agent in the bucket. I couldn't have known that beforehand. Luckily I was able to put it out and immediately informed everyone involved in the hotel: reception, caretaker and boss Hansi Berger. He was there straight away, again no apology and just sent me back to my room. Luckily I was able to put out the fire myself with the hose from the steam bath! Otherwise it would have been all over. Even a day later, there was still no reaction from the boss, as if nothing had happened. The burnt infusion bucket was still there days later! Even when I pointed out the sauna oven with the hot wires sticking out, which is not OK from a safety perspective for the guests, there was no reaction from the boss. He just laughed at me: "What could possibly happen?" - The Bergerbad is fine so far, but it also needs some maintenance: no maintenance work in the swimming pools + whirlpool. Standing water in the showers inside and out. A lot of things are very primitive or built from scratch, completely homemade. You notice it straight away. Otherwise it's OK, the relaxation rooms in both facilities are top notch! - I was not able to use the barrel sauna and whirlpool in the Rupertihof, they were always off. - A reference to the ********* call bus would have been good for guests arriving by train. There is no reference to this. - Plus points: Our request for separate beds in a triple room was granted free of charge, varied breakfast with omelette, freshly baked waffles and scrambled eggs etc. Dinner was also beautifully presented with a wide selection of drinks, but otherwise nothing special. We have had enough of the Rupertihof! This also reflects some of the reviews from other guests. The staff can't help it, they often did their best. It's all down to the greedy Hansi Berger! Musician + manager of several of his hotels, just doesn't fit together. He should stick to his music or perform in the circus.

Wir waren letztes Wochenende von Freitag auf Sonntag hierzu Gast. Nach einer schwierigen Anreise mit sehr viel Verkehr, würden wir am Empfang sehr Freundlich begrüßt, und die Erholung begann sofort. Die zwei Tage sind leider viel zu schnell vergangen. Meine Familie und ich haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, was in der aktuellen Zeit ja leider immer weniger wird. Wir haben uns für Halbpension entschieden, und das Essen hat uns jeden Abend sehr gut geschmeckt, und kann ich nur empfehlen. Sogar mein Sohn wurde glücklich, und der ist was Essen angeht mit 10 Jahren sehr schwierig. Ich möchte mich ganz Herzlich beim gesamt Team und auch bei Herrn Berger (Hansi) für das wunderschöne Wochenende bedanken. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal bei euch

Bin sehr oft auf Geschäftsreise unterwegs, war bis jetzt schon in einigen Hotels, aber keines hat mich ansatzweise so beeindruckt wie das Hotel Rupertihof. Es gibt alles was man braucht und sich vorstellen kann - angefangen vom Hammer Wellnesbereich bis hin zum Essen. Das sehr freundliche und engagierte Personal darf man auch nicht vergessen. Alles in allem TOP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir waren letzte Wochenende da und haben es wirklich genossen, Kulinarisch war das nur Ideal. Alles sehr lecker, Portionen waren groß. Das Personal TOP, Servicepersonal immer mit Lächeln und sehr humorvoll. Die Zimmer waren groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Bayrisches Musik war natürlich der Highlight. Es gehabt auch 2 Wellnessbereiche, Innen und Außenpool, mehrere Saunen und Ruheräume. 100 % Empfehlung
