Radisson Blu Residences, Al Hoceima

This hotel is in absolute catastrophe! I never in my entire life experienced such bad service and unfriendly staff. The rooms were dirty we waited three hours to get in our rooms. No one apologised or offered any compensation it was quite the opposite. They even treated us more badly when we complained I urge you to never ever book into this hotel. The entire reception managers need to be trained on how to treat guests. The rooms were dirty. The complex was dirty all over trash. It was disgusting. And even when we wanted to check out and left our rooms punctual at 12, they did not let us check out because they wanted to check the rooms. I never in my entire life will ever be booking Radisson again.

No warmth welcome when you show up. The personel are mediocre when it comes to communication. The romm is full a dust there was trash behin the sofa . Amenities are very poor . No room service at all. I took a shower the whole bathroom was full of water called the reception with my own cellphone no answer.the bathroom is almost dark you barely can see your face. I tried the phone in the bedroom not workin at all. I had the security callin someone from the house keeping service he refused to come claiming he would charge me 100 dh each time. I wasnt informed when i checked in.the check out took more than 45 mn . I felt like am not welcome at all so disappointed . Am sure i will not come back

I advise you to visit this wonderful place the sweetest vacation I have had in this beautiful and quiet place I loved the location of the hotel a beautiful and clean sea I loved eating every day a beautiful idea country I loved this variety I loved the covered swimming pool good job good Good tank you
