The room is very good, a suite. We stayed for two nights. We went out during the day and came back in the afternoon. The hygiene was not cleaned. I asked the front desk and they said they clean in the morning. There is no way. The bath towels and towels were not changed.
We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. The food was very good, value for money, super cost-effective, and the service was good. Thumbs up👍

i had the best stay, clean hotel and clean rooms, housekeeping team are professional with the help of Soumeya manager, reception team are professional and kind, food was fresh and nice, restaurant service was nice, Nizar the CEO, and Andres, the spa service was also nice, Finally Thanks housekeeping and hope to come back

All is very well. Very clean and perfect services. House keeping, reception and big thanks to soumaya. Restaurant was rich and various. Good annimation at night. I recommande it to all . Another thanks to M. Alaoui of front office and all staff.

The location on Sfiha beach with its grey volcanic sand and those 3 islands right in front it makes it unique and amazing. The junior suite is large and comfortable and very clean. It’s very calm during that time of the year with the perfect weather to enjoy the beach or play tennis or paddle in the resort. The service is one of the best i have experienced and i want to give special thanks to Yasmine and Majid at the reception, Ismaïl and Donia at the Penthouse and Nabil who would drive me anywhere in the resort in his comfy electric cart. Thank you to all the staff and will be back soon
