So i had booked this for my mom
she said the person in charge was a retired airport official and was very well spoken and kind to talk to. She ate some delicious food here, it's unbelievable that such neat rooms, tasty food and everything was perfect here, looking forward to book next stay here

THE DISTANCE BETWEEN HOTEL & DARGAH GATE IS 400 METER APPROX, IT IS ON DARGAH BAZAR ROAD. NEAT & CLEAN HOTEL, SPACIOUS ROOM, GOOD WASHROOM,
ALL HOTEL STAFFS ARE HELPFULL. ONE MORE THING THIS HOTEL HAVE LIFT . FOODS ARE TOO GOOD đŻ NOW PUBLIC TRANSPORT ARE ALLOWED ON DARGAH ROAD, THIS HOTEL IS NEAR AUTO STAND, CHECK IN IS SMOOTH. HOTEL STAFF CAME TO AUTO STAND TO PICK UP US . THEY ALSO HELP YOU TO VISIT DARGAH & RELIGIOUS RITUALS VERY SMOOTHLY. IF YOU WANT THIS THEN ASK THEM ,THEY WILL ARRANGE EVERYTHING. I have been there for 3 nights and it is located within 2 km to dargah shariff and within 4 kms to ajmer railway station. Only 2 issues in hotel. 1. Hot water is available only in morning and 2nd one is no bills they donât provide bill. I recommend the hotel for stay 4/5 for hotel, family friendly and staff behaviour is good, good quality of food and rooms

I had a wonderful experience at Ajmer Inn Hotel. Comfort, functionality, cleanliness, and all modern amenities. At the reception Mr Virendra Singh greet visitors very politely, answer phone calls, and run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers. Appreciate and loved his hospitality to make sure customers feel at home. Itâs value for money.

RRavindranThe room was clean. It became cold in the evening, though, and hot in the afternoon, I guess, because it was a tent. The hotel told me that they couldn't book a train ticket on my behalf even though a previous hotel I stayed in did this.

AAnonymous UserFacilities of the hotel were good. The hosts were excellent, always eager to help with our requests and with the best attitude. The location is a bit far from the main market and the lake (1-2 km) but still walkable. Overall, Pushkar is a lovely place.

GGuest UserHotel was clean staff was not train and unprofitable we ask for extra key the guy in reception was rude and argument for key we said that we book hotel for brand name person reply it's not brand it's depend on owner usaly if you go to any hotel we have two keys but they don't check out there is no staff to assist the luggage brekfast was ok ok.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was clean and spacious. It is in walking proximity to the ghat and the temple and the hotel and good enough room service. The only issue is that you can hear all the noise of discussion from the lobby and other places in the hotel. It was especially not pleasant at midnight. Overall, a good place to stay in pushkar. Done.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at hotel merwara estate in ajmer was a bit of a mixed experience. The hotel is currently under construction, so it can feel a bit odd being around the property. However, the location is fantastic, offering stunning views of ana sagar lake right from your room balcony, which truly makes up for a lot. The staff was courteous and eager to assist, but i found the housekeeping services lacking. We had initially booked a lake view room, but since it wasnât available, the hotel upgraded us to a different room. Unfortunately, the new room wasn't properly cleaned. However, the staff handled the situation well by finding us another room, though it didnât have the lake view we originally wanted. Their willingness to help deserves praise. In terms of amenities and the room itself, while they were good, they didnât quite meet the standard one would expect from a palace-turned-hotel. The restaurant, on the other hand, was a highlight of our stay. The food was exceptional, even for my small kids, and the restaurant staff was courteous and attentive. The parking facilities were convenient, and the hotel's location is almost at the center of the city, making it close to several attractions. This adds great value, especially for tourists. Plus, since it's a historical palace in transition to becoming a full-fledged hotel, youâll have plenty of opportunities for some memorable photos around the property. Overall, it was a good stay, but i would advise future guests to be mindful of the housekeeping services, as that was a bit of a letdown. However, the scenic location, great food, and courteous staff do make it worth considering for a stay in ajmer.
