We stayed here as a family of 4 back in April last year for Easter holidays. Been meaning to review sooner. Hotel was lovely. It is a little out of the way situated on its own but you can still walk round local area safely. Nice beach and island over the road, which is worth a walk, also supermarket and a couple of bars. Hotel also has its own beach that can be accessed under a subway. Rooms were a great layout for a family of 4 with older children. Good shower, clean rooms with complimentary fridge filled daily with soft drinks, water and crisps. We did have noisy neighbours though and the rooms do not have great sound proofing and so they would keep us awake alot until 3am/4am. Food was good. Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Pancakes, fruit, fresh omelette station, pastries, freshly squeezed juice, good coffee. Snack bars round the hotel ere great. Hotdogs, burgers, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads, fried chicken KFC style, etc. The snack bar at the aqua park was really good too,and offered freshly made meals on request. Great all inclusive icecream. All the bars offered lager, cocktails and local spirits. Cocktails were pretty rubbish to be honest, but the lager was good. Table tennis, football, pools and aquapark to keep the kids entertained. The evening entertainment wasn't really our thing. Unless you have little ones, there wasn't really any evening entertainment for adults and older children. Starbucks in the hotel is good but limited. Special thank you to staff - Baran waiter at breakfast who was very kind. Eren waiter of an evening who always had our table and drinks ready. Boran lifeguard at aqua park was always really friendly and kind to.my children, keeping them safe. Erkan who was the cleaner at the aqua park always worked tirelessly, and did a great job. Seyit bellboy - very friendly, welcoming and kind. We took the local bus into town for a day out shopping and eating. It was really easy, cheap and we had a great day out. If you can get a good price for this hotel then it's good value for money for families if you want a cheap chill out week.

Thank you Maxeria for a lovely Christmas break! The hotel is located in the beautiful place, amazing sea views around. Also very clean and tidy, staff is friendly, rooms are new enough and comfy beds. Food is also lovely, a bit repetitive, but still exceeded my expectations as we stayed during winter season. I would definitely extend breakfast hours though as for us it was 3hr time difference and we could not get up in the morning to have breakfast. Cocktails were Ok-ish and really depend on the barmen. We also tried one of the Spa packages and it was so relaxing. Animation team did a good job and we enjoyed Christmas evening show. The weather wasn’t great, but we expected that - it is winter season after all. The temperature was around 15-16 degrees and 18 one day. One thing I did not like is that Starbucks wasn’t free and we found out when leaving that it was going to be free during New year week. I thought it wasn’t fair. I do understand it is only All inc concept in winter and UAI during summer, but it is still not fair then to charge people during Christmas and not to charge them during New years week… Overall we had a very nice break and I would love to come back during high season to check all the additional things they have. It is very good value for money hotel. I would give a very strong 4* for winter time AI concept.

Maxeria Blue Hotel Review I would like to mention that I was generally satisfied during my stay at this hotel. It is definitely a family- and child-friendly hotel. I highly recommend it for families who want to stay with their children. Even though it was winter season, many amenities were available. Below are the criteria I used to rate the hotel. 1. Comfort and Cleanliness • Room Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness is very good, the rooms are tidy and hygienic. • Furniture and Bed: Room comfort and bed quality were great, providing a restful sleep. • Bathroom: The bathroom is well-maintained, clean, with great hot water and water pressure. 2. Service Quality • Staff Behavior: Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. • Check-in and Check-out Process: The check-in and check-out procedures were quick and smooth. • Staff Competency: The staff responds to customer requests quickly and effectively. 3. Facilities and Services • Restaurant and Food Options: The variety, quality, presentation, and taste of food and drinks were excellent for a hotel of this type. • Pool, Spa, and Fitness: The pool, spa, fitness center, and sauna were clean and hygienic, providing great services. • Hotel Amenities: The kids’ club is well organized, offering activities for families and guests to relax. Children are given four activity sessions a day. The dance and song programs organized for the children in the evenings were particularly enjoyable. 4. Location • Location: The hotel’s location is quite convenient, with easy access to public transport and proximity to the city center. Plus, the hotel has its own private beach, which is a big advantage. • View: The sea view from the room was beautiful. Additionally, the rocking chairs on the balcony provided extra comfort and enjoyment. Almost all rooms have balconies with rocking chairs. 5. Atmosphere and General Ambiance • Hotel Design: The interior and exterior design are stylish and modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The domino-shaped design on the rooftop is very attractive. The comfortable chairs in the lobby and dining area, along with the bar facilities, were also lovely. • Soundproofing: The room has excellent soundproofing from external noise. Guests are not disturbed by each other’s sounds. • Security: The hotel’s security measures are top-notch. There are room security locks and security camera systems, so you feel safe during your stay. 6. Value for Money • Value: The price paid for the services and amenities provided is very reasonable. It’s nearly impossible to stay at a hotel of this standard for this price. In the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at before, similar amenities cost about 1.5 times more. • Extra Charges: I didn’t encounter any services that required extra charges. Honestlyspeaking this is not the best hotel we've ever stayed for some reasons however it is the one that we love the most. The main reason will be the animation team who knows how to throw the best party! and Yaya is definitely our most loved girl. my kids wouldn't leave her side which allowed us the parents to relax freely. we had the best time. also the new year party was sick!!! best ever. again animation team, yaya, tito and a lot others, thank you so much! the food there is also super delicious, and the services in the restaurant made everything so easy. love all the staff. we will definitely visit again and hopefully attend one more epic party.

We booked this hotel as a quick getaway. Having been to Turkey several times we thought we knew what to expect but WOW! Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly. Rooms are really beautiful and spacious. We were lucky to get one overlooking the island and the sunsets were amazing! The evening entertainment was great and varied, only downside was that we felt the kids part started a little late for our 6 year old. Also, the entertainment was outside so was a little chilly. Our daughter enjoyed the little funfair that the hotel has. Food was good but the seating in the restaurant is chaotic at times. By the time you’ve collected your food and got back to your table it’s often cold, was also hard to get a drink at times as its waiter service. Other all inclusive hotels we’ve been to have had self service drinks but not this one! Timings for food service were also short which we felt added to the busyness of the place. Food in aqua park was really good quality and some of it cooked to order so we went there most days. Ice creams were delicious. Starbucks is a good facility to have but queues were crazy! Took over 30 mins each time! Beach, although a small section was nice. Sea was quite rocky with shingle so needed sea shoes. Grass area to the beach part has hammocks and big cushions to chill out on. All in all a good holiday and we would recommend the hotel and return.

Travelled here on 21/09/24 as a family of 8 ages ranging from 76 - 2 years old. From the minute we stepped through the doors, we felt welcome. All staff throughout were all polite, respectful and attentive, the lobby beautiful and sparkling. The resteraunt open for us to get a late snack and 24 hour lobby bar. Every part of the hotel was spotless. The staff all work so hard from the cleaners to the gardeners, animation, bar staff, resteraunt staff, and pool staff, everyone with a smile on their face. A tip, friendliness, and manners go a long way. All staff were amazing with our 2 x 2 year olds. We were lucky enough to experience Oktoberfest, which was absolutely amazing. What an experience. The effort that went into that day was top tier. The hospitality is second to none. We never usually 'join in' with animation activities, but we did here. Wally, David, Titi, and Pascha made us feel so welcome and interested in us wanting to know us. My husband got 2nd place in Mr Maxeria. Aqua gym, stretching, balloon games, dancing, darts, something for everyone. The babies enjoyed the kids' club a few times, but we're more interested in the pool. The beach - lovely, hammocks, sand bags to walk out on, shallow enough for kids, but deep enough for a little snorkel. The cherry on the cake for us was on arrival we told our rooms had issues so we were allocated the penthouse owners suite 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, adjoining lounge, huge pool view balcony, and we had a smaller room right next door. Food and drinks, spot on, great variety, we particularly liked the Aqua park for lunch the pasta dishes and the fried chicken at the pool bar. We all loved the ice cream hut! The resteraunt was busy, but pick a table and head there for all your holiday. The waiters will know what you drink, how many of you etc Good selection of children's buffet, and themed nights. Attended the Italian A'la carte. People do reserve beds in areas they like, i.e., near kids, pools, but always plenty of sunbeds. If beds are taken and not used, the lifeguards will move the towels if you ask them to. If you book this holiday, you will not be disappointed. I was on Facebook with some pointless moaning and negativity. Some people just loved to moan and gave a good argument, so I would avoid it and come here for honest reviews! I'm giving Maxeria Blue Didyma the 5 it deserves
