Room 23 Hotel

Economy rooms are literally like dens, it is not possible for someone with claustrophobia to stay there. Let me tell you about the fiasco we experienced: While I was lying alone in the room, the door suddenly opened. Two children jumped in. His parents followed him, and when they saw me, they were surprised and left the room without even apologizing. Then they started arguing noisily in front of my door. (- Our room was given to someone else, we were going to stay here etc.) Meanwhile, the hotel staff was also there. We experienced such an absurd event. Naturally, we lost our taste from the first day. Just for this reason, we cut short our 2-night stay and left the hotel 1 day early. At the entrance they said that breakfast was at 7 am. However, when we went at 7 o'clock on the day we were leaving, they said that breakfast did not start and would be ready at 8. Even though we stated that we would be leaving the hotel 1 day early, so we would have breakfast, they said we couldn't help. (Then we left saying damn it, just to avoid waiting another hour) Strangely enough, we left the hotel, which was paid in advance, 1 day early and dissatisfied, they will sell our room to someone else anyway. In such a situation, I think that resources should have been mobilized and help should have been provided. As a result, it was a stay that left us unsatisfied and uneasy.

Resepsiyonda gündüz Uğur Bey, Gamze Hn. ve gece görevli beyefendiden karşılanmasından araç parkına kadar her ihtiyaç ve sorumuza güler yüzle ve yardımsever yaklaşımlarından, servisle ilgilenen Sedef hanım, Yaren hanım ve Yağmur hanım(tanışma fırsatı bulabildiklerim) akşam servisinde yer alan arkadaşlardan ekip seflerinden hepsi bu kadar nokta atışı seçilemezdi. Bu eşsiz deneyim için tekrardan teşekkürler 🙏

Odaları tertemiz, çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Lokasyonu çok iyi merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Çok memnun kaldık. Denize sıfır olması büyük avantaj. Otelin kendi özel plajı var. Denizde tertemiz ve sığ. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz. Tavsiye ediyorum. Otelin yan kısmında kendi özel restaurantı var. Bölgedeki en iyi restaurantlardan biri. Otelin tek eksik yönü kahvaltı saati az sayıda personelin restaurantta çalışmasından kaynaklı serviste gecikmeler olması. Birde kahvaltı çeşidinin az olması. Şahsımca bu çok büyük bir sorun değil ama çözülebilirse çok daha iyi olur diye düşünmekteyim. Akçaya geldiğimde yine buraya uğrayacağım.
