前台服務非常好.熱情好客新疆阿克蘇維也納酒店比我去的內酒店服務熱情好客，不像內地某些酒店服務應付了事。下次公務外出.旅遊還是選擇這家酒店！

入住酒店已是晚上11點了，預訂了酒店的免費接機。在南疆寒冷的的冬夜，出機場10分鐘賓館的維族小哥準時到場接機，服務態度好的令人感動。贊一個！！酒店房間面積夠大，大床房的用品乾淨、整潔，室外零下十度但酒店的暖氣很舒適，熱水反映很快。第二天酒店的早餐品種齊全，菜品多樣。酒店整體環境安全、舒適，性價比高。維族小哥和服務員的普通話服務無可挑剔下次再次再到阿克蘇，還是選擇這家店。

前台和接送機工作人員均很熱情，服務到位，我是第二天早晨趕飛機，酒店有提前幫忙把早餐打包準備好，並且袋裝牛奶也加熱好了。住宿環境不錯，安靜，房間衞生整潔

第一次來阿克蘇就選擇入住這家酒店，有接機服務很不錯，飛機剛落地酒店就已經聯繫我了，很周到。
酒店環境也不錯，室外面積很大，有湖景色也不錯。
房間也寬敞整潔，裝修風格也是維也納酒店的標準風格。
總的來説非常不錯。

維也納酒店在阿克蘇分兩棟樓，酒店周圍環境很優美，A棟房間可能更高大上一些。B棟稍微差一些，服務挺好的還有接送機服務，司機也很敬業。趕飛機方便，趕飛機方便。

房間高速公路邊上，很吵，很大的灰，很大的土，床上的衞生條件不好，床上有床蝨，被咬了很癢，身上有大片的紅疹，起初衹以為是蚊子叮咬，諮詢國內外醫生後，均被告知是床蝨叮咬，希望該酒店注重床品衞生，連續在你們酒店住了兩天實屬是我倒黴！
