Great experience staying here for 2 nights..just beside JR station,bus station and food as well..very convenience ..thank you to male staff name Mr Ando for helping me with with some issues..this is my 5th visit to japan..japanese people never fail to impress me..they are very kind and always make me feel amazing towards them..thank you again..arigato gozaimasu😊

The hotel is very clean with excellent service. The view from the rooftop hot spring is amazing. The surrounding area is a blend of nature and modern culture, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

I made a reservation to enjoy the winter festival in Akita. It was essential to get off at JR Akita Station by using the airport bus from Akita Airport, and the tour in the field was departed and dissolved at the east exit of Akita Station. It was a night festival, so the dissolution time was past 11 pm. The location was great, but I often asked at the front desk, but the staff 々 was very kind and comfortable. The room was only 3 nights in a large twin room on the upper floors, but I was able to stay comfortably. The only problem is that you know how to store hot water in the bathtub. This has to press the button under the shower curtain, but it is unfriendly without guidance. Every time I passed through the lobby, I was laughing at the explanation on the phone. The view from the room was the Akita Station River, but since it was on the east side, I was able to see a beautiful dawn. It was also good that it was a snowy scenery in February. Breakfast is a restaurant on the top floor, but here is a large kiln with freshly made bread. Japanese food can be compared with local rice, and you can also enjoy Kiritanpo soup and Inaniwa Udon. You can enjoy a pleasant breakfast with a good view. It makes me think that the ANA hotel is delicious with juice and coffee.

I thought it was a great idea that various amenities were prepared in the front lobby and could be taken as needed. I was very happy that the bath salts were ”Nyuto Onsen,” a famous hot spring in Akita.

My stay at Akita Castle Hotel was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the center of Akita City, and it is very convenient to access tourist attractions. From the hotel, it is easy to go to local tourist attractions such as the Akita Museum of Art and Selion Tower, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. As for the room, I was particularly impressed with its size and cleanliness. The modern and elegant interior is designed with a sophisticated design, and the calm colors provide a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The large windows offer a beautiful view of Akita City, and the tranquility that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The service of the staff was also very impressive. From check-in to check-out, each staff member was kind and responded quickly and courteously to any questions. In particular, the front desk staff were able to give detailed information about local recommended spots and restaurants, and were quick to respond to any problems, so I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. In terms of food, the hotel restaurant offers dishes that make use of local Akita ingredients. In addition to fresh seafood, you can also taste local cuisine unique to Akita Prefecture, all of which was exquisite. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, making it a great way to start your day. Overall, Akita Castle Hotel is an attractive accommodation that can accommodate any purpose, from business to sightseeing. The clean and comfortable rooms, the warm service of the staff, and the exquisite location will ensure that all guests have a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers who, like me, are looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

This hotel is near to the station and right above a Lawsons. Room is nothing to shout home about, small and clean. In fact I felt it was a bit smaller than what I'd usually expect from a Japanese hotel, and the air had the faintest tinge of smoke in the air despite this being a no smoking room. Still, beds were comfy and all necessary amenities were provided. The breakfast was appreciated, but can be crowded. There's a good mix of Japanese and Western options, and constant free flow of coffee/tea in the common area.

We stayed for 1 night and the room assigned was extremely spacious, 33sqm in total. The 15,000y room price does not include breakfast. Carpark was an additional 800y per night. Hotel lobby was welcoming and had a nice hotel feel with its bright and spacious layout. Check in was easy and you collect all your room amenities at the lobby. Staff spoke very little English. We were assigned room 1204 and was given early checkin at about 2pm. Within walking distance to most tourist sites though we had a car. Love this hotel and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The price is very affordable, there is 1.2 kilometers away from jr Tozaki Station, it is very convenient to walk without luggage, if there is a suitcase, it is recommended to call. There are no restaurants near the hotel. There is a large supermarket 100 meters away. There is a lot of food. There is a sightseeing tower in front of it, 100 meters high, free boarding, and a coffee shop on it.

Who was it when I checked how to use the hotel parking lot by phone? It was a response, but when I checked in, it was a polite response like a hotel man. I felt that there was a large individual difference. The day I used was Sunday, but there were several taverns around and it was convenient. The interior of the hotel was made and equipped with a petit rich feeling everywhere. I feel lucky to be able to use it at a low price on Sunday. I confirmed the normal price later and was convinced.

I stayed here on my first trip home with my toddler. Since I don't have a home anymore, I looked for a place where I could sleep on a tatami mat, there was a washing area in the bathroom, and it was north of Akita City, and I decided on this place. I was very satisfied with the plan that included dinner and breakfast, and the room was spacious. The facilities as a whole seemed old, and I was a little surprised that the air conditioner would suddenly make a loud noise, so I was nervous that my child would wake up in the middle of the night, but both my child and I slept soundly. I did. We had dinner in a private room, and it was delicious with local ingredients. After dinner, when I returned to my room, I found my futon spread out and grilled rice balls for my midnight snack. It looked delicious, but the dinner was so filling that I was too full to eat it. It was a shame. The breakfast buffet was a large venue, and it was also delicious. They also had Babahera ice cream, so I got that. The day before, the lady selling Babahera ice cream wasn't there where I expected, so I regretted not being able to feed my child some. (This is off topic, but when I was a child, I think I saw it at the beach, at baseball stadiums, at sports festivals, and along bypasses surrounded by rice fields.) I also get the impression that the public bath is a little old. Personally, though, I don't really mind it, probably because my purpose is to return home rather than sightseeing, and it's spacious enough to relax. It's nice that you can enter until 9:30 a.m. (even late at night). Some people want more nature around them, but it's a short drive from the center of Akita City and Akita Station, so it's convenient for transportation, which was great. I would like to use it again.
