Great experience staying here for 2 nights..just beside JR station,bus station and food as well..very convenience ..thank you to male staff name Mr Ando for helping me with with some issues..this is my 5th visit to japan..japanese people never fail to impress me..they are very kind and always make me feel amazing towards them..thank you again..arigato gozaimasu😊

It's about a 15-minute walk from Akita Station, which is okay. The usual Dormy Inn has a small hot spring, free ice bars, ramen, etc. The room is quite spacious. For two people, a 3-bed room is provided, which is an unexpected surprise! Will choose this hotel in different areas.

Room size is good consider modt japan hotel is quite compact. They provide choice of essential oil and eye mask and beaded pillow upon request. The only disappointment is the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The buffet dinner is more for group tour.

My stay at Akita Castle Hotel was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the center of Akita City, and it is very convenient to access tourist attractions. In particular, the front desk staff were able to give detailed information about local recommended spots and restaurants, and were quick to respond to any problems, so I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. In addition to fresh seafood, you can also taste local cuisine unique to Akita Prefecture, all of which was exquisite. Close to the Akita Station and many F&B outlets and grocery shops. Also within walking distance to Senshu Park and many museums. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Room is small but clean and functional. Great WiFi too. Highly recommended for a short stay.

It is a little far from Akita Station. It took me a while to find it the first time. It felt very far away. I walked a lot later and it was better. But from another perspective, it is a little closer to Senshu Park. It is within walking distance and it is very convenient to visit the Akita Prefectural Museum of Art. The breakfast is a buffet Japanese meal. You have to queue to enter the restaurant. You can eat Akita's specialties. Recommended.

It is quite comparable to the standards of domestic Hanting hotels, but the facilities are relatively old. Breakfast is okay and rich in variety. There is no bottled drinking water in the guest rooms, but there are water dispensers and vending machines in the lobby. Disposable toiletries are available at the lobby counter. Akita people are very honest. The bus driver saw that we had a lot of stuff and took the initiative to come over and help. I praise the character of Northeastern people!

I was able to stay at a reasonable price and the customer service was polite and I used it comfortably. I definitely want to use it when I come to Akita.
