Quiet stay, good reception, excellent services. The hostel needs renovation and more maintenance.

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Went as a couple stayed in room 520 and honestly loved it all. Food was amazing and compared to other hotels I stayed in tunisia they did not compromise on quality. Great animation team especially Majdi and Mira. It was also nice to have use of a free High spec gym as I had to pay 150 dinar for the week in my previous hotel. Hotel is walking distance to the Marina which was useful too. All in all rest assured that Marhaba Palace is a great choice to stay in for your holiday

Where do I start... this review is for people searching for a hotel, not for the owner, who just replies but does nothing to improve on... 1st we arrived at our hotel El Mouradi club selima only to be diverted to club next door same owner, due to closing for winter. upon arrival sent straight to dinning area for leftover scraps.... found room smelt of paraffin oil, greasy floor with rubbish and cigarette butt's on the floor, and a bathroom held together with sealant and glass and mirrors cleaned with a greasy cloth, smears everywhere. Got a 2nd room, which was no better. So we were offered a 3rd which had been cleaned but cost us €20 bribe. At least it smelt of bleach. The bathroom is still held together with sealant. Room 689, No air-conditioning just a fan.....towels disappeared in the morning and not returned until late. So, when returning from the beach at midday to shower before eating, had nothing to dry off with. After asking at reception and being ignored several times by extremely rude staff. We got towels at 3pm. Woke up to no electricity in room 689, so back to reception eventually told its our hairdryer that we did not bring on holiday, tripping it out, next day no electricity again back to reception and told its my fault as I used the light switch, OK fix the switch. Eventually, the cleaning lady switched the breaker. Next day, there was no electricity yet again, so I found the electricity cupboard undone. I found the breaker cabinet and did it myself. Food hall...... well, it's worse than a black Friday sale. I couldn't believe it people piling food on as many plates that they could get( then leaving most of it, which i can understand). If you like greasy food, this is for you. I'm just glad that the Hard Rock Cafe is up the road. Best food and cooked to perfection. Unlike the hotel offerings. As with most other reviews waiting staff only look after those that tip, unlucky because I only tip at the end of the week, so I saved some money. Bar staff outside and at the beach were brilliant, laughing and joking, understandable, given the lack of drinks they have to work with..... Beach was nice..... Couldn't wait to go home...

Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!

One of the best hotel in Sousse. We had a great time on it. Thanks for all the stuff and the service they are Really helpful. We did love the room it's pretty good. We had a nice weekend with Mondo and crew we enjoyed the Archery French bowls darts... Thanks for all the animation team especially for the kids we will be back ❤️❤️

We visited this 5 star hotel which should be 2 or 3 star. Needs a full revamp. Socked falling of the wall . wallpaper marked/ripped. Airconditioring not in working order. No Air con in dinning room so eating with flies cold food.we went out to eat after our restaurants experience of cold food flies and dirty tables If you want a hot drink, be prepared to use a flimsy small paper cup as tea cups only appear on accocation We used a milk jugs as cups and made coffee in a tea pot. Tables never cleared after other people finished eating and as for cutlery and plates good luck because they are not available,if you ask a waiters they goes away never to return as they are so short staffed. Complained to TUI Rep who suggested we go to breakfast at 7am to guarantee hot food and cutlery,the rep was so so helpful suggested place to eat out and other hotels next time we visit. We Request low floor due to mobility/ health issues which was not granted but how nice of the TUI rep to say , yes i can see it here on ypur booking but it looks like they have not bothered to follow it up. The Rep did say it will be going to a 4 star hotel, which I suggested 2 or 3 star. Can't understand folk who said it was a great place amazing food. All we can say is good luck
