Sentido Bellevue Park

Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties.

My daughter and I enjoyed a fabulous holiday. The transfer to the hotel was quick and efficient and took under thirty minutes. We arrived to a receive a friendly welcome from Hamed and Raabia on reception. Our room was not ready but we enjoyed a nice lunch and took a quick tour of the site and we checked in earlier than we expected. Our room 1482 was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The tv was not a smart tv but we had our own devices to log into. The room did overlook the pool and some net curtains would be good for privacy and a few times the music from the entertainment was loud,especially if the doors were left open but that is all I can criticise in what was a fabulous fortnight. The room was perfect. Large, spacious and well furnished with a comfy, gigantic bed. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. A great range of options every night for dinner. Fabulous salad and dessert options and a huge choice. There were new dishes to try everyday and breakfast and lunch were also delicious. The restaurant staff were kind, polite and the waiting staff worked quickly with clearing plates and bringing drinks. The snack bar and late breakfast section was good. Excellent pancakes, fresh fruit and yummy doughnuts were prepared for guests and there were many sandwiches, rolls, pastries etc. Throughout the day we had lots of fresh fruit juices and coffees and I’m not sure about the alcoholic drinks but other guests seemed happy with them. The beach is at the back of the hotel and was lovely. The hotel does have a small kids play area and kids club which does need some improvement but more importantly I felt very safe with my daughter walking around the site and going to the loo or to order snacks etc by herself. The staff were very attentive and kind and I felt comfortable letting her have some freedom around the hotel complex. The pool area was well supervised by Yasine who was an excellent and attentive lifeguard. The gym was brilliant too but the gym hours need to be extended so that people can use it especially in the cooler mornings and evenings. The tennis courts were a brilliant bonus too In summary. Excellent location convenient for the airport. Amazing food. Excellent beach front. Nice rooms. Safe environment. Massive outdoor pool but a tad chilly for me in April. Indoor pool was wonderful and very warm. Kids club needs improvement. Blinds or net curtains for rooms which overlook the pool for privacy. Superb hotel. Wonderful staff. Great food excellent pool and beautiful grounds which were well maintained and picturesque. Hope to return in the summer

Amazing people, hotel lovely and everything was just perfect except food. It depends what you like otherwise everything is very good specially people. I just loved this kind and nice people a lot. They make me smile every day smiling Andy family. We will come back soon.
