The hotel environment is okay. The hotel has direct access to the beach. The buffet food in the restaurant is not particularly rich. However, the room service was extremely poor. The towels were not changed when they were placed in the bathtub, and the shower gel was not replenished. When I finally left the hotel, I asked for a bill. They said that the person who made the check was not available, and asked me to leave an email address to bring it to me, but it was never sent to me.

Not anything like advertised pictures, the place is filthy. No clean towels in the room. That’s after a 5 hr wait to get in it. Rooms dirty and broken furniture .Food and beverages recycled from other guests leftovers and served again. All inclusive ???? Vodka, whiskey or beer that’s it and again recycled soft drinks poured into Fanta or coke bottles. If you are just looking at reviews before you book then go elsewhere and if you have booked phone your agent now and change. There is no pool bar as advertised and snacks are non existent. Pool area filthy and broken. I have been to Tunisia a few times and the place and people are lovely, please don’t let this be your first experience. I see all replies to negative reviews has been copy and paste so I fully expect that also. Please don’t waste your money or risk your health, book a different hotel. This place in all honesty should be shut down

Bloody awful. First night no plates cutlery or anywhere to sit, took over an hour to check in even tho 3 staff sat down, got to room it was filthy lipstick writting on 2 mirrors. Coffee stains all over balcony, no safe in room as advertised. One chair on balcony even tho double room, half a dead cockroach on balcony was there all our stay. Could barly sit on toilet as sink to close . No towels for 3 days waited 3 days for loo roll had to keep taking it from communial toilets. Which were disscusting and filthy no loo roll most days. Tv was barly working. 1 resturant not 4 as advertised. Food awfull and not much choice the bar kept running out of drinks well what they botherd to serve ask for a pina colada got whisky orange and granadine. Asked for a tea with milk got tinest cardboard cup with milk init no hot water then fruit tea to go with the milk. Also most bar staff rude. Avoid at all cost plus they ment to be shutting down this week aparently hope so

This hotel should not be used by europeans, groups of 30 plus algerian men who act like pigs in the food hall, food all over the tables and floors, so much wasted food, insufficient cutlery and crockery and filth everywhere. Bar never had any glasses, only way to get one was to tip a waiter, even then they were usually dirty. Pool area, dirty sunbeds and tables, reception was a nightmare, over an hour to check in, no information about hotel, no safe in room, took 3 days to get towels, rooms were not cleaned in 9 days, had fresh( i think ) sheets 3 times, never swept or mopped, toilet seat broken, all in all, a very disappointing holiday and couldn't wait to get home. Loveholidays description of the hotel is downright dishonest. emailed loveholidays, standard reply, send photos etc, get names of reception staff, they dont wear badges and wont tell you their names. Internet is very poor, even in reception. Loveholidays you need a representative to go to that hotel. I do not no where or when the photos on your site for that hotel came from. and in response to the hotels standard reply, not a chance will I ever go there again and your reception staff need retraining as complaining to them achieved nothing, as do your cleaners and most of the bar staff.

Ok so ignore the negative reviews. You get what you pay for. Rooms are pretty dated and basic but didn’t bother us. We leave tomorrow and I will be sad to go. Food has been the best of our Tunisian hotel experiences, plenty of choice although no toaster at breakfast. Yes there has been groups of younger Algerian men but they don’t bother you if you don’t want them to, try actually speaking to them they’re actually really friendly. Special shout out to the animation crew headed by Noori and Leo, absolutely fantastic and plenty to get involved in. Well done to Joe, Bob (Marley), Allah, Raje, Mahmoud and Yassine non stop energy all day and night. Also to bar staff Walid and Amir, we took Stanley cups and they refilled my husbands with beer no problem. I had lemonade in mine. Large bottles of still or sparkling water given on request. I also have to give an extra special mention to Ahmed the pool attendant. This guy is solid gold and keeps everyone amused around the pool. All in all we’ve had an amazing holiday and would definitely come back. Remember the holiday is what you make it x

Something terrible. First of all, it's not a hotel, but a chain of small apartment blocks. There's no restaurant, only a dining room (the closest restaurant in Italy). If someone wants to take a trip back in time, this is a good place. This is what communism looked like in Central Europe. A nightmare, filth, and constant fighting for everything (no cutlery, plates, napkins, glasses, queues for everything). Two at the same time and you'll eat a meal. One of you always has to queue for something. Coffee is only available in the morning at breakfast. For lunch and dinner, you have to run to the bar downstairs. There are cigarette smokers everywhere. They even smoke in the dining room. I don't know what noble houses the guests come from, but one person needs four plates and two sets of cutlery for a meal (hence the shortages). The waiter is a boor. We had a bottle of cola on the table, so he opened it, filled our microcups, and then took the bottle away and put it on the table at the Arabs'. This is what all-inclusive looks like. The menu is terribly poor. In the Fresh section, the same thing three times a day. When I took pictures, the waiter angrily told me not to do it. When I didn't listen, he harassed me until the end of my stay. There is a bar by the beach, but it doesn't serve coffee. You have to run to the main building. The same bar doesn't serve still water. You have to run to the main building again and there is water from a dispenser in mini cups. My God - I was supposed to lie down and not play sports and outdoor games. The beach is nice, the sea is warm, but the rest... not worth it. Therapy after the holidays costs more. The responses to guests' complaints are probably written by some bot. They don't even feel like writing a few words.

I can tell you that this year Club Selima is one of the better hotels and deserves, in my opinion, a higher category than three stars. The service is at the highest possible level, which even five-star hotels can envy. The food is adapted to three-star hotels, but with the fact that it is very high quality, very tasty, well served, you will never go hungry, the restaurant manager is a fine man who makes sure that everything is as it should be. it should also be emphasized that the animation team is perfect, they are all extra dedicated and try to make your vacation as meaningful and rich as possible for children, it is extremely good and you can let your child absolutely freely enjoy the benefits offered by the El Mouradi Club Selima hotel. We came through the sunline agency from Belgrade, and I would like to thank especially Mrs. Miri, the representative from the online agency at YBC in New Belgrade, who absolutely helped us in choosing a hotel, and we will always use their services in the future.
