The hotel was convenient, good location, 900 m to the bus station, staff was helpful solving any problems. Only one drawback was that it was quite loudly bc of a close location to a traffic road

It's called a four-star hotel, which is about the level of a domestic budget hotel. The sanitary conditions are okay, but the pillows are too high and it's not comfortable to sleep on.

Very clean and nice hotel. Really comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here. Price is affordable and staffs are really help full. Food was nice and service was top tip.close tomtown center and bus station.

Very family friendly enviroment with exceptional service and tasty meals. Was visiting cappadocia with my family and stayed a couples days very clean, would recommend too all families. Very clean rooms and friendly staff always at your service.

We were passing through and stayed in the hotel for one night. The lady at the reception was as listless and snappy as I have rarely experienced in a hotel. The room was actually OK in terms of size, but unfortunately the carpet was completely stained, which was disgusting. I have already complained about this at a few hotels on our trip; you can keep carpets clean even when they are in a hotel room. The room still smelled of smoke, but it was OK with the window open. We almost despaired of the staff in the restaurant. Apart from a young man, nobody spoke English, and even with Google Translate we got along poorly. It seemed like “the light was on but nobody was home”. I tried to mime and ordered water with a squeezed lemon... I got water with a 1/4 slice of lemon. We ordered the salad as a starter and we thought the three waitresses had understood it thanks to Google because they nodded. What arrived was the salad and a minute later the food. All in itself not bad, but annoying when you pretend to have understood. But the hotel was OK for one night. We slept well in the beds.

The hotel is a 1+1 apartment converted from one and is very new. The breakfast is also sufficient but the air conditioner was not cooling and the refrigerator was not cooling either. When the power went out in the morning, the elevator did not work and we had to carry our belongings up the stairs. There was not enough water and we waited for water at breakfast. In short, the hotel is nice but they need to learn how to run it. You invested so much and couldn't you buy a generator? Despite all these negativities, I deducted 1 point. Also, I guess there is no municipality in this city, all the roads are full of holes.
