Saturn Palace Resort

We are on the last night of our 11 night stay at Saturn Palace. We are really disappointed to be leaving tomorrow and have already been looking at dates to return later in the year. From beginning to end we have had a fun, relaxing, stress free family holiday. As previous reviews state its the staff who make this place special. Whatever the management are doing to keep their team happy and motivated please keep doing so as I have never been to a hotel where every person working genuinely seems to want to help in whatever way they can. We arrived late and had a problem with our room key which was fixed really quickly by the man showing us to our room. We booked a VIP whirlpool terrace room which was immaculately cleaned and restocked every day by the friendly and hard working housekeeper. We had such beautiful views over the pool and the sea and it was a luxury to have a whirlpool bath on our terrace with a drink at the end of a hard day sun bathing! We felt it was worth paying the extra. We really enjoyed the food here with so many different foods at the main restaurant and the kiosks around the hotel. We aren't very adventurous foodies but there were plenty of meats, kebabs, casseroles, curry, pasta, chips, nuggets, burgers etc and there always seemed to be vegetarian options and fish dishes too. The desserts are the best we've experienced on an all inclusive and they don't use the clear jelly stuff on all of the cakes like we've always experienced in Turkish hotels before. They have ice cream throughout the day and in the main restaurant for dinner. Drinks are also great, beer from the bar is Tuborg and there are cans of Efes in the mini fridge. There is a large selection of cocktails, wine, soft and hot drinks etc and I really enjoyed the ice coffee (with a baileys thrown in after 2ish). The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, despite whatever time we ventured down we could find several poolside together. Towel exchange is quick and easy from the spa next to the indoor pool which we used a few days early on during our stay as the outdoor pools were very cold, but we could see maintenance staff monitoring the temperature and it was heated slightly making it a little more enjoyable. The pool bar staff work so hard bringing drinks to your sunbed throughout the day. There are also snacks like pizza, burgers, cakes, ice creams coming round the poolside which was a lovely touch. Also the Customer Relations team come round most days to catch up and see how everything is going and if there are any problems, and from what I heard they sort problems very quickly. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit is controlled centrally and due to the time of year was only on fan mode which was bearable, however that was switched off a few nights as some guests felt the hotel was cold. We spoke with reception and tried to explain that these guests could just turn off the fan from their room (or there is even an option to have heating). I don't thin

First family holiday with our daughter, couldn’t ask for more from the hotel/staff. Staff always available to help if needed and nothing was too much trouble. Our daughter loved the mini disco and we enjoyed the entertainment shows. The private beach and pier is amazing.

This is our 2nd time at Saturn Palace (2016 our 1st time). When we arrived we had an issue with Air Conditioning in our room. I complained 4x to reception and once to guest relations and unfortunately nothing was done to rectify this. Final time I asked to speak to the hotel manager. Akan the hotel manager apologised and says he wasn’t made aware of this complaint. Akan couldn’t have been more helpful and fixed the issue with our air conditioning straight away. For the inconvenience, Akan gave us a free water sport to use and also offered us ala carte restaurants as many times we wanted. He made sure we were happy with the air conditioning and if we weren’t he would move us to a better room. We were very happy with the air conditioning after he sorted it so we didn’t move rooms. Every time Akan noticed us he always asked if we are happy with everything. I couldn’t fault Akan as a hotel manager always went out his way to make sure we are happy and settled in our room etc. Food was good always variety especially the pasta station. Drinks were good as well. Our room was big and spacious with a big balcony. Room cleaners were great everyday they were in cleaning the rooms. Night entertainment was good different entertainment each night. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return for another holiday.

This is our 2nd time staying at Saturn Palace, the first in 2022. This hotel is absolutely incredible. You literally want for nothing, the place is spotless, the staff are amazing and consistently go above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday possible. We never usually visit a hotel more than once as we like to travel around but made an exception this year as it was my sons birthday so gave him the choice of hotels, I’m so glad we did as they made a great effort to help him celebrate his birthday. All of the staff members we encountered were brilliant but there were 3 in particular that really stood out, 2 of the entertainment team (Animation) Kerem and Ozkan and then Mami the waiter from relax pool and main restaurant. Kerem and Ozkan bring so much fun and laughter wherever they are, a proper double act who go out of their way to include everyone in activities etc without being pushy or in your face, they are an absolute credit to the hotel and will hopefully remain there for next season when we return. Mami is another absolute character who never failed to make us laugh and smile whilst working incredibly hard too. We were upgraded from a family connecting room to a duplex room on arrival which was a lovely surprise and very welcomed due to having an extra bathroom. Rooms were spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day, the free minibar and safe were fab extras too. Food and drink are available in abundance and are all of a high quality with many of the bar staff happy to make you anything you ask for even if not on the drinks menu. We are at the Mediterranean al a carte which was nice and the steakhouse which wasn’t anything special in all honesty but still a nice change from the buffet. The entertainment all day and night is some of the best we have seen from an all inclusive hotel, the garden and foam parties were brilliant and such a good atmosphere. Most of the evening entertainment is provided by professional outside acts and were all different types of act. The live music by the aqua bar was a nice touch too. Daytimes are full of activities such as pool games, darts, volleyball etc, it’s all there on offer if you wish to partake. It was Mothers Day whilst we were staying and the hotel provided us all with a flower and a little note saying Happy Mothers Day which was a lovely touch. Overall I genuinely can’t think of a bad thing to say about this hotel and am already looking at booking again for next year and possibly the end of this year too (it’s that good)

Staff were amazing, great facilities. We were given a room upgrade free of charge which added to our experience. Would definitely recommend to others. I would note that food options are somewhat limited in the morning and that a number of guests were smoking in communal areas which was meant my pregnant wife and I had to move seats on a few occasions. Great value for money all in though. Dinner choice was excellent

Very nice hotel and facilities. Staff are great, especially Mami at the relax pool and the waiter (I forgot his name sorry!) at the cocktail bar across from the kids club. They went out their way to make me non-alcoholic cocktails when I didn’t want any more fizzy juice! Lots of choice at dinner but I struggled at breakfast and lunch as I am pregnant so was unsure about what cold meats and cheeses I could eat. This was very much my issue and not the hotels though! I also found the meals could be a bit repetitive. The only issue I really had was the amount of guests who smoked in the communal areas. Indoors seemed to be the only place that smoking was not permitted but it doesn’t seem fair that non smokers have to go indoors to avoid it! The amount of people willing to smoke in front of their babies/children was eye opening! When we asked the hotel for a late checkout mid way through our stay, they upgraded up to a jacuzzi room free of charge which was great!
