The rooms are decent with comfy beds. The sofa bed is horrible. Extremely hard and impossible to sleep on. The TV is pretty much useless. Doesn't show any channels properly. For some reason the hotel doesn't provide iron or iron boards in the room. You have to pay through laundry service and it works out like €3 per shirt. Ridiculous! You have all the usual amenities in the room. The shower is pretty decent with very good hot water and water pressure. The kids water activity areas are brilliant. Very big and plenty of activities to play with. They had a big selection of slides and a whole area of wet activities for toddlers. There is a bar next to it that serves fresh Pizza, a large selection of Ice Cream and plenty of drinks. Great for when the kids need a snack. The hotel has two heated pools. One indoor and one outdoor but only open in winter, which was a pain. There was some windy days when we went in September and the open pools were freezing. The spa has a steam room and sauna which is free to use. Pretty good and very nice temperature. There is a very large kids club that is open until 5pm. They have an outdoor play area with scooters, swings, balls and trampoline that stays open all day. Very good for taking the kids for a few hours. Inside the club, they have plenty of toys from cars and doll houses to colouring and climbing frames. There is a mini kids cafe where you can find all sorts of kids snacks from flavoured milk, sweets and little savoury snacks. The luna park (fun fair) opens at 7pm and is great. Nice rides and not that busy. They also have bumper cars. You can get fresh popcorn or candy floss. The food is pretty decent here. They have a very large selection of food but the individual items can be hit or miss. There are endless desserts here to satisfy your sweet tooth. There is a seating space with kids soft play connected to it. Perfect for letting the little ones wild whilst the parents eat. They have a night buffet that runs from 11pm to 7am for those who check in late. It has a nice selection of salad and some decent hot food. Mini burgers and stuff. There is an arcade but it's like €25 for 12 credits. 1 credit per game. They also have PS5 here but you have to pay. The hotel is so big so you can spend your whole week here without leaving the resort. However, you can walk it to the main road, although it's a fair bit of a walk. You have to go all the way around the hotel, across a small bridge and past the Dolphin Aquarium before you reach the main road. When chilling by the pool, the staff are very attentive and on roller blades so pretty quick. They'll get you whatever drink you want. There is also a guy on a scooter serving ice cream which was pretty cool. There is Shisha at the hotel at night but it's €30. A Decent smoke with strong clouds. I forgot my UK plug adapter but reception provided me with one. You have to give a €10 euro deposit and get it back when you return the plug during check out. The red
