We have visited for the second year in a row and the hotel is just as amazing as the first time. The restaurant staff can't do enough for you and truly deserve the biggest shout out. It's nice to see the hotel evolving with its new decor (chairs) and the new aqua park. Beds more comfortable this time compared to last. Food was good as always, no teryaki chicken this year which I was sad about as it was lovely last time. But my favourite is definitely the food stalls and the aqua bar pizza bar. We had an issue with paying for a side sea view but not seeing the sea at all, they advised to come down to reception next day and they said they would look to change which was done and straight forward. The reception advised the changed room would be a front facing on floor 4 but I'm afraid it wasn't, was a little let down, if they didn't say it was going to be a front facing room I wouldn't have been bothered by it. I do feel like we weren't as appreciated as second time guests compared to first time guests, we didn't get asked out our holiday was or if we had a nice time by reception when checking out. But non the less I have booked for next year as it's my favourite hotel, hopefully 3rd time visitors will have a slightly better reception

The hotel is just simply amazing! I cannot complain about anything! The food was delicious and a huge variety for everyone. My daughter who is usually fussy ate loads! The hotel has something for everyone and you can see things are constantly being improved so I can’t wait to come back next year and see what has changed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are gutted to be going home today!

I was in imperial hotel for one week; it was grateful hotel, really kind and responsible personnel, very tasty and high quality food for all type of taste, all people from all of the world will like their foods, sahar was really helpful and she was really kind.

We have had a lovely holiday it's the best one ever the food is excellent and the amount of choice is unbelievable The swimming pool is so nice and the toilets are so clean everything could not be better we have spent time all over the hotel and we can't say anything negative is such a good place to stay excellent value for money

This place is fabulous. We have been a few times now and will always come back. Plenty to do. Great food and comfortable rooms. I particularly like the peir bar. Amazing as always. This is the third or fourth time we have been here. The food is great. Plenty to choose from. Attentive staff, plenty to do. What more could you ask for? We will be back. There is nothing to compare. We have been to other places in Turkey and this is definitely the best we have found.
