Breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean despite a less than stellar sea view. I had a situation where someone had unlocked my door with their key card at 5 in the morning and attempted to enter but was not able to do so because my door was latched. I was unimpressed when the service staff’s explanation was that there was a reset in the security system at that time and the person who attempted to open my door was probably a drunk guest. I had expected far superior service from a family-run guesthouse instead of just a flippant explanation.

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby.

I booked it and they didn't refund it after two minutes. All kinds of coordination were impossible. It's obviously a scam for Chinese people. Everyone should be careful to avoid this hotel.

One side has a sea view and the other side faces the street.
The facilities are okay. After all, it is a chain brand and the price is quite reasonable.
