Clean. Good water pressure. Water drains well. Cool mattress, nice clean bed linen. And there is a blanket, it is great when the nights are cold. And the room has a kettle, cups. A caring administrator met us, showed us everything, told us everything, parked the car herself, helped with things.

Clean comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, equipped with bedding towels, and small kitchen. In a great location, within a short walking distance for the beach shops restaurants supermarkets cafe and bars. There are a number of car parks behind the hotel.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights, a delightful small apartment complex in a perfect location in Akyaka. Clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host Arzu was so pleasant and helpful, she recommended a beautiful restaurant for us and when we asked if there was anywhere nearby we could spend the day at that had a pool she took us over there and introduced us to the staff. She was a breath of fresh air thank you Arzu!! 🥰 would definitely recommend this place for a short stay x

Was such a pleasure staying at this lovely Hotel. Amazing location and clean spscious rooms. Great value for the price. And the staff are very helpful. Close to everything. Will definitely come back:)

Nova aparts hotel akyakanın merkezinde, heryere yürüme mesafesinde bir otel. Azmak nehri kıyısına ve sahildeki halk plajına birkaç dk da yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Merkezi bir yerde olması önemli bir avantaj. Odalar gayet şık ve kullanışlı şekilde dekore edilmiş, sahibi Arzu hanım ve tüm çalışanlar çok ilgili ve çok güleryüzlü. İhtiyaçlarınız konusunda size her şekilde yardımcı oluyorlar, oda ücretleri çok makul. Biz çok sevdik, bundan sonra akyakaya her geldiğimizde konaklayacağımız yer burasıdır.

Çok temiz çok ilgili bir otel üstelik her yerede çok yakın fiyatlar çok iyi biz çok memnun kaldık Üstelik otelin kendilerine ait otoparkınında olması çok iyi kesinlikle kalınması gereken bir yer. Zaten merkez sayılabikecek bir konumda.
