The service was perfect we were satisfied with the amazing drinks and the service from Mr Ahmed in the ozone bar , his delivered an exceptional service for us and I really want to thank Reda the Shisha man for this amazing shisha he made for us and he made sure that we are happy and everything was okay

Marvin from Philippines is the Best waiter! He always takes a good care of you and makes the best drinks ever. His outdoor bar by the pool was our favorite place to go to and relax. Always clean and cozy. We enjoyed staying in this resort. Thank you Marvin for taking care of us.

The best hotel in Fujairah The beach area is amazing with amazing view of snoopy island and other side is Mountain View it’s feels like heaven The hotel room are so clean and comfortable smells good Food is so delicious and testy Stuff so friendly and helpful Entertainment team are more than powerful with amazing atmosphere Special thanks for Eslam , Momo , Mido , Lana , Sergei thanks guys for amazing performance and make our trip much more interesting

staff are angry all the time (most of them) and they act as if their mission to make your stay as horrible as possible and facilitation is not something they are familiar with. don't be scammed with the all-inclusive option because it's very expensive and what you get is the exact opposite of inclusive. you want all inclusive, try rixos where you actually get the best service of all inclusive. facilities are very poor, games are broken, very crowded, food quality is horrible especially in the buffet at all times (i wouldn't pay 1 aed for it). bottom line, should not be rated as 5 starts, at best 3 or 4 stars so lower your expectation.
