I recently spent an unforgettable vacation at the Miramar Al Aqah Hotel, and I want to share my impressions. The accommodation, food and grounds were excellent. First of all, I want to mention the amazing service we received from the entire team. I would like to express my special gratitude to the receptionist Ahmed. His professionalism and kindness made our check-in process as comfortable and fast as possible. Khaila's manager also made a very positive impression on us. She was always in touch and ready to help with any questions, which added confidence and trust to the staff. I can't help but mention the maid MD Adeel, whose work was impeccable. The room was always in perfect condition, and his friendliness lifted the mood every day thanks to his figures. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a high level of service and a comfortable stay. Thanks to the Miramar Al Aqah team for the wonderful memories!

Excellent hotel for family vacation. Comfortable rooms, good breakfasts and dinners. Diverse cuisine every day. Good professional staff at the hotel. Thanks for the service to Mr. Momen from the restaurant. Thanks to the animators, especially Lee from Cuba for games and entertainment, sports and darts. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Miramar hotel impressed us with the quality of food and drinks, location directly on the sea, cleanliness, huge and heated pool. In the evening, the place with music on the terrace is insufficient. If you can't find a place there, you can only go to the other restaurants that are expensive and don't have music and entertainment.

We stayed for 6 nights and overall was very impressed particularly with the cleanliness of all areas and the staff and managers throughout the hotel which have all been exemplary with their service and friendliness . Variety of food was very good from the buffet selection , although our preference was to eat dinner in La Cucina and Sensasia which were fabulous. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the location as there is very little around you can walk to. The beach however is very good. The saving of sunbeds witnessed from 6.30 in the morning is ludicrous as there is no shortage and it was nice to see managers removing hats , bags etc from seats reserved on the terrace in the evenings. Sadly it was one nationality that felt they needed to do this. Why! Soooo selfish.

Beautifully located hotel, best for families. Very clean, large selection of tasty food and always smiling staff. It was a phenomenal experience, also thanks to the wonderful service. Everyone is great, especially Mr. Momen. We will definitely come back!
